Our 10-year-old son has been studying violin with Daphne for two years now. We are very fortunate to have found her. Daphne is a warm, cheerful, and exceptionally talented violin teacher who cares deeply about her students. Her kind demeanor makes learning violin especially fun and interesting. Our son has been motivated to practice violin regularly and never wants to miss Daphne’s lessons. His progress has been steady and quicker than past instructors. Besides the excellent lessons, Daphne also organizes family concerts twice a year. These occasions are extremely precious opportunities for us to see our son’s performance on the stage. Although our son is naturally nervous prior to his performance, we find the concerts fun because Daphne creates a very encouraging atmosphere, never focusing on errors, but rather on the positive aspects of the performance. Daphne also organizes a violin day camp during the summer which our son has joined and enjoyed. We cannot recommend Daphne more highly for anyone who wants to learn violin in a very encouraging setting!

Daphne is an excellent teacher and makes lessons feel relaxed and enjoyable. I look forward to my lessons with her and feel motivated to learn. As an adult student, I have progressed much more in the past year than I had anticipated. I highly recommend Daphne for any age of student.

My seven-year-old daughter studied violin with Daphne for over a year. Daphne is a very talented musician, and a kind and patient teacher. Daphne is a pleasure to engage with. My daughter responded very well to Daphne’s teaching style, and enjoyed Daphne‘s kid-friendly personality. Daphne provided us with a wonderful introduction to violin, and we are still studying to this day. I would highly recommend her for lessons, as well as concerts and performances, as she is extraordinarily talented.

My daughter has been learning the violin with Daphne for almost two years, and she really enjoys the time she spends with her. Daphne is an excellent teacher and is very patient with the children. I also like the annual Christmas concert that she organizes every year, which gives the children the opportunity to perform on stage, it is a great motivation for them.

Daphne donne des cours de violon à ma fille depuis bientôt un an. Elle est très à l'aise avec les enfants, et son approche d'enseignement est un bon équilibre entre douceur et discipline, patience et détermination.. Ma fille aime beaucoup Daphne. Elle a fait de beaux progrès au violon et elle continue à développer ses habiletés musicales tranquillement. Nous n'aurions pas pu trouver meilleure professeure de musique.

Daphne is an incredible teacher. She has been teaching my son violin since he was 3, and now he is 6! She knows how to make the lessons fun and is an approachable, talented and caring teacher. Highly recommend!!
