Club de Soccer Saint-Laurent

We do not have experience playing with this club, but we had the displeasure of playing against the U12 boys yellow team during a recent tournament. The behaviour that we witnessed from players, coaches and parents was absolutely disgusting. Specifically, the N word was used by a white player against a racialized member of our team. The coach and families denied this, despite there being numerous witnesses, and chose instead to continue to antagonize the players, coach, and spectators. We experienced such blatant discrimination and racism, and I feel awful for the racialized players on this team. Coaches are supposed to set the example, but instead the adults associated with this team have taught their players that this kind of disgusting behaviour is okay. I strongly suggest anti racism training for all coaches, and heck, I guess it's needed for the spectators as well.

Beware! Before you actually commit to any of their teams, you should know They are only here to take your money, they totally lack structure and financial transparency. Incompetent on all levels.

Je déconseille fortement ce club pour les raisons suivantes: cours récréatif: -le prix du cours est cher pour ce qu’il offre - aucun entraînement ou coaching - les entraîneurs c’est des ados qui ne font rien tout au long du cours à part regarde les enfants jouer. -ils ne disent aucun commentaire pour qu’ils apprennent quoi faire et comment le faire -apres 3 mois d’entraînement, l’enfant n’apprend rien, aucun mot technique, ni la fonction de chacun sur le terrain, ni même les règles du jeu. * vous êtes prévenu, à vous de décider..

October competitive Try Outs were well organized but in the end we dealt with a Coach who made his own selection. He did not assist the try out sessions and as a result created misleading expectations on the boys who were serious to be part of CS St.Laurent competitive category. We came to realize and conclude that the coach we dealt with works alone and is completely disconnected from the rest of the association and does not share CS St Laurent values to promote young soccer players who take the sport seriously.I was really hoping to get feed back from the technical director in place on my sons experience, but I understand they are busy with all the programs they offer. My son was really looking forward to a new club and fresh start but CS St.Laurent proved to not be as welcoming as we would of hoped.

j’ai donné 1 parce qu il n y a pas moins, vraiment déçus, des adolescents qui donnent des cours de soccer aux enfants, a un moment ils oublient qu'il y a des enfants devants eux, ils commencent a leurs dribler et se moquer d'eux, vraiment déçus de ce comportement, ni personne pour corrigés ces adolescents ou un responsable sur le terrain.
