We had a wonderful class baking Montreal bagels. Jess was very knowledgeable, organized, and friendly! The bagels were delicious, and the experience was one of a kind. I would highly recommend to anybody who enjoys baking (or who enjoys eating baked goods!)

I surprised my grand-daughter, who loves to bake with the Christmas Log class on De. 22nd. It was great! My mom, her great g-ma bought her the cook book that Jess autographed! We are definitely going back! Thank you so much!

My daughter and her friends had a lovely time making strawberry tarts at this charming Saint-Henri loft bakery. She chose the activity as part of her 16th birthday celebration. The instructor was friendly and super knowledgeable and helpful. When they were done, the girls got to eat their delicious tarts and there were even enough to take home. They also left with the recipe and suggestions for any adjustments they might want to make. It was a really fun afternoon! I highly recommend Le Bakelab!

I’m from the U.S. and recently went to Montreal on a girls trip to celebrate my friends 40th birthday. We booked a visit to the Lincoln Apartment Bakery for a group macaron making class. We had a lot of fun, took some super cute photos, and really enjoyed meeting and spending time with Jess. The location is darling and was just a short walk from the Atwater Market, where we went for a picnic after the class. I highly recommend the class if you want unique group experience.
