I had an amazing experience at New Age Spa for laser hair removal! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, modern, and beautifully maintained the facility was. The atmosphere is incredibly calming and professional. The staff were outstanding — not only were they friendly and welcoming, but they were also extremely knowledgeable and clearly experts at what they do. I felt completely at ease throughout the process and appreciated how thoroughly they explained each step. The treatment itself was efficient, comfortable, and handled with great care. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the overall experience. Highly recommend New Age Spa to anyone considering laser hair removal — they truly set the bar high!

Leora did one of the best deep cleansing facials I’ve ever had! She was incredibly detailed with the extractions and made sure everything was gently and thoroughly removed. My skin feels so clean and cared for—highly recommend!

A few weeks ago, I had my first ever facial here and it was such a great experience! I had a consultation and deep cleaning session with Krystyna, who was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She recommended some skincare products and gave helpful tips based on my skin. Since our session, my skin feels noticeably better, cleaner, more hydrated, and overall healthier. Highly recommend!

J’ai fait une séance de microneedling et l’expérience a été au top du début à la fin. L’esthéticienne a pris le temps de m’expliquer chaque étape avec clarté et douceur, ce qui m’a tout de suite mise en confiance. Elle était vraiment à l’écoute, professionnelle et très sympa. L’accueil est aussi un vrai point fort : toute l’équipe est chaleureuse et attentionnée, on se sent bien dès l’arrivée. Je recommande les yeux fermés et j’ai déjà hâte de revenir pour ma prochaine prestation !

Be wary of their "discount" offers which intentionally mislead consumers. If you compare the bundles you usually purchase to the discounts they apply on individual items, you end up at substantially similar prices. The discounts are fake, and simply a way to get you to buy more.
I've also had a terrible experience with Leora where : (i) the laser machine did not work properly (it took several minutes for her to "fix") and once she did get it working, it completely irritated my skin and created massive bumps; and (ii) she rushed through the treatment and did only half the area. Completely sloppy.
The only good thing about this spa is Francesca - would love to see her start her own thing.

I booked a facial with Krystyna, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. She was so sweet and made me feel comfortable right away. She did an amazing job, and on top of that, she gave me some great skincare recommendations — I’m already seeing a huge improvement in my skin! We booked my next facial right away and I couldn’t be more excited

I've been seeing Devon for years now, and I truly can't say enough good things. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable—and seeing her is genuinely my favorite appointment every time. Not only does my skin feel amazing afterward, but I always leave feeling relaxed and cared for. She's created such a calming and welcoming space, and it's clear how much she cares about her clients. Highly, highly recommend!
