Ongles Spa Univers Nails

Adeline, the lady with glass, is terrible. She was the one who did my nails. Her attitude and work were both awful. She completely ruined them. My thumb nail looks like a toe nail. Look how terrible she has done it. It is not clean at all and you can see all the glue. When I asked what service would help with nail strength, she gave no advice at all! And her colleague responded to my question. I asked for her opinion on the color, and she ignored me again. I asked her to clean the glue and she told me that I should wash my hand!!! Clearly this is glue and not washable!!! She was cold and unprofessional the whole time. I wish I could give zero stars. Please do not book anything with her.

I had such a wonderful experience at Ongles Spa Univers. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, calm, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they took great care to ensure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. My nails turned out perfectly—the attention to detail was amazing. They have a great selection of colors and services, and everything felt hygienic and well-organized. I left feeling pampered and so happy with the results. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch nail care!

Je vais régulièrement dans ce salon pour mes ongles. J’ai fait des manucures avec capsules ou bien simplement manucure gel. Je suis passée avec Allan cette fois-ci et c’était génial! Il a parfaitement nettoyé mes anciennes capsules et a renforcé mes ongles. J’adore le résultat ! Seul petit bémol; si vous y aller vous risquez d’attendre un moment selon l’achalandage, et parfois le travail est aléatoire selon la personne, alors vous pouvez demander Allan!

Ma femme est allée chez Ongles Spa Univers Nails pour une manucure très simple, rien de compliqué. Résultat? Un désastre. Les ongles étaient épais, mal formés, inégaux... On aurait dit un travail bâclé fait à la va-vite. Les contours étaient grossiers, aucune finition, et l'aspect général donnait plutôt l'impression d'un service amateur que professionnel. Honnêtement, c'était gênant de voir ça — et encore plus gênant d'avoir payé pour. En plus de la mauvaise qualité du travail, le service était froid, expéditif, sans aucune attention au détail ou au client. On sentait qu'on voulait passer au prochain le plus vite possible. Quand on paie pour un service de beauté, on s'attend à un minimum de soin et de professionnalisme. Malheureusement, ici, ce n'était pas au rendez-vous. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit. Il y a beaucoup mieux à Montréal pour le même prix — voire moins cher — et avec un vrai souci du client. Décevant.

Best nails service so far, very warm and friendly staff. I went in with a design idea and they brought it to life. Natalie is a really creative nail technician, I honestly have not had nails done this well(side note, Trust her advice she knows her stuff) .
