Cycles Campus Verdun

The prices are reasonable, the salespeople are friendly, I have been riding bikes for 5 years and this store is my favorite.

Très bon prix avec un excellent service - Moins cher de 200 à 300$ pour TREK verve 3 que la concurrence. Respect de la clientèle - Savent se montrer très accommodant pour ajustement et respect de garantie - Pour moi, c'était freins avant - Rapide et bien fait. J'ai à peine eu le temps de profiter de la Wellington. En plus, avec mon expérience, moi je recommande à tous, de vérifier chez Cycle Campus Verdun avant de conclure un achat TREK.

Un service apprécié mais je trouve qu'ils sont chers. Un simple kit de patchs payé plus du double du prix annoncé ailleurs... Mettons que j'ai fais le saut en entendant le prix de la facture totale. 16$ pour deux kits. Ça fait un peu cher "encourager local". 🙁

Nice big shop, you can buy bikes & accessories, lots of helpful & nice staff, huge atelier in the back to fix bikes up with many people on staff so if you get a flat and need it fixed up on the spot they usually can do it. Pricing (for atelier labor & parts was reasonable!). Hard to reach them by phone though, often goes to voicemail. They also have a pump & tool repair in front of the shop that they maintain and clean regularly! So unlike the city’s pumps.. this should work! Came here to fix a flat, thankfully I was nearby and they were open on a Sunday! Thing is, the installation wasn’t good cuz the next day it was flat again so I had to come back in to get that fixed. I made sure to ask that they not forget my Presto adapter - I was in a rush to leave and only when I got homne did I notice they forgot to give it back (if you’re in this situation, just take it and put it in your pocket). They gave me a second onethe next time I came in so I guess that worked out but I came in a little too often in a short time frame, they’re nice but I really don’t need to be going in that often I think I just hit a series of bad luck with the shop but I think they’re good otherwise (though my experience has been shaky).

We’ve been coming to this store for everything bicycle related. The manager of the store really knows what he’s doing and he is great with his hospitable services. We got a bicycle in early 2018 for le mari with his recommendation and it is serving us well for the 5th summer in a row. We have also sent our bicycles ovee the years not purchased from their store and they take care of it superbly well. Recently, we just had our e-bicycle (not purchased from them) for a general maintenance and fixing and Cedric took care of it like a pro for us. Service price is very reasonable and we are customers for life. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Méfiez-vous !! Arnaqueurs !! Une expérience décevante et un service client à revoir. Nous avons acheté un vélo neuf avec la promesse d’une année de garantie et d’ajustements gratuits inclus (ce qui est une pratique standard chez tous les magasins de vélos – certains offrent même jusqu’à 5 ans de service gratuit). Pendant les 5 premiers mois, je n’avais pas eu besoin de ce service. Cependant, lorsque mon dérailleur a commencé à poser problème, je suis allé en magasin pour le faire vérifier. À ma grande surprise, on m’a demandé de payer 50 $ pour l’ajuster. Cela montre clairement que la promesse initiale n’a pas été respectée. Vous devriez sérieusement revoir vos engagements et investir dans une formation en service à la clientèle. En racontant mon expérience dans un magasin de vélos près de chez eux, ils m’ont ajusté le vélo gratuitement. Je ne reviendrai jamais.
