Arcade Virtual Reality Tremblant

Such a great experience! Ulric was welcoming and super helpful! He gave us a variety of first games to choose from, and laughed with us throughout our adventures. He was there to provide assistance when we needed it, but also provided us the space to enjoy ourselves. We had booked a two hour timeframe, and enjoyed every second, enough that we decided to add on more time to try other areas, including Beat Saber and the fighter pilot simulator. We lucked out in having the place to ourselves on a rainy day! We will definitely be back, and recommend this VR experience to anyone, any age!

Wow. We got lucky the day we went (Saturday July 26 5 pm) I suggest booking ahead. The staff here are amazing, I work with kids and having to explain the same things over and over at nauseum takes a toll on staff's patience but these guys were on point and so kind. I suggest having a tip option available upon completion of time. Remember to tip good service guys this in Canada..I live in Taiwan where people don't tip and you don't get close to this service as a result.

The experience here was amazing. Lots of offerings, ranging silly vr Rollercoaster to fighter jet training. Single, co-op, and pvp choices. The employee Ulrick (spelling. Sorry) was amazing. He walled us through the whole thing, consistently checked in and helped us make changes as needed. Very friendly and professional. Wosh we had gone earlier in our vacation so we could have gone a second time! They also allow vr rentals for at home play. Overall an awesome time and ulrick was the best!

My fiancé and I went in early September and we had a most wonderful time. The Climb did make me nauseous, so I switched over to Beat Saber and that was great. Played coop with a few other games and the guys who worked there watched us make fools of ourselves, but we all had a great time since it was the off-season. Arthur was the one who showed us the mechanics for each game and he was lovely. I’d definitely come back to this next summer, or even come winter when I return to Tremblant again!

We booked the Try it All package for our family on a rainy (not skiing) day at Tremblant. It was amazing!! Alex did a great job making sure we got set up so that even the least technically capable of us was able to play. Fair warning to moms, dads, etc…the car racing and roller coaster may make you dizzy . Well worth it for the experience overall!

We had an amazing virtual reality session with Arthur and Marie! They were super helpful, friendly, and made the whole experience smooth and fun. The rock climbing game was a highlight: exciting, realistic, and such a unique way to spend time. Highly recommend this experience and their guidance! Thank you guys!

Two young guys helped us yesterday. They were great staff! They set up the device for the kid. One of the guys explained how it worked and helped him when he can’t continue on rock climbing. He constantly checked if my son needed help. Really appreciate the energy and passion! Thank you! Highly recommend rock climbing for all age!
