We had the best time at The Bake Lab! Jess was absolutely amazing. She made the class fun, engaging, and perfectly paced for both adults and kids. Our group (two adults and two kids) learned so much and had such a great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and memorable activity to do together!

One of the best experience. The best way to celebrate a bride to be. Jessica was an amazing host and teacher throughout the event. She helped us get the place ready, provide utensils for the food we brought. And the charcuterie board were delicious. The place was provided for an extra hour for our own games. Totally worth the money.

Ma soeur et moi avons adoré notre atelier de patisserie ! C'était vraiment bien expliqué et le personnel était très chaleureux. Pour ce qu'il en est de la recette, c'était excellent 🙂 Le seul petit point négatif c'est que nous ne repartons pas avec les desserts qu'on a fait. En fait, on repart avec ceux qui ont été cuits par le groupe d'avant, car ça prendrait trop de temps attendre qu'ils refroidissent pour les décorer.

Wow! What a delightful, fun, informative, engaging and of course sweet experience! Jessica is so warm and welcoming, she will make you feel comfortable in an instant. Everything was organized for us, ready to go the momemt we walked in. It's evident she REALLY knows her stuff but what's more impressive is the way she can explain it. Her friendly approach, simple explanations and engaging anecdotes will make someone with two left hands feel like a professional. And yes, she will put you to work so be ready to get your hands dirty! I recommend 1000%. Thanks so much Jessica for being so accommodating and making this experience so much fun and so rewarding!

Great bagel making group class! Jess was very informative and the bagels were delicious. I bake a lot but I learned some things. Cute location with great energy and enthusiasm from the instructor.

We had a wonderful class baking Montreal bagels. Jess was very knowledgeable, organized, and friendly! The bagels were delicious, and the experience was one of a kind. I would highly recommend to anybody who enjoys baking (or who enjoys eating baked goods!)
