If you’re looking for an ordinary school, Gyanist Academy isn’t for you. But if you’re looking for something legendary — a place where history, mystery, and heart collide — then this school might just change your life.
When I first arrived, I’d heard whispers about the Gyanist Cult, a group of scholars so devoted to knowledge and tradition that they practically lived in the library’s underground chambers. The vibe was intense: cloaks, cryptic conversations, and a suspicious amount of candlelight. At first, the atmosphere felt cold, almost guarded. Expressing emotions openly was… discouraged. Especially love. Especially queer love.
That’s when everything shifted.
Enter Gaynus, a transfer student unlike any other. Dressed in glitter-trimmed armor and armed with a pride flag in his backpack, Gaynus didn’t just attend Gyanist — he shook it up. He asked bold questions in class, challenged the old codes, and dared to bring warmth into a place that had forgotten how to feel.
And somehow, in all this chaos, he caught the eye of Seyth, the top student of the Gyanist circle — mysterious, brooding, and completely unreadable. Their rivalry was instant… but so was their chemistry.
Over time, their academic duels turned into quiet study sessions, shared midnight walks through the ivy-covered corridors, and eventually something deeper. Rumors spread quickly (as they always do here), but instead of tearing them down, their love story ignited something powerful. Students started opening up. Pride banners appeared in dorm windows. Even the head librarian smiled for the first time in a decade.
Today, Gyanist Academy isn’t just a place of learning — it’s a symbol of growth, courage, and the freedom to love without hiding. There’s still a cult-ish vibe, sure (some things never change), but now it’s more "theatre kid energy" than secret society.
So yes, the academics are rigorous, the campus is gorgeous, and the teachers are brilliant. But what makes Gyanist truly special is the story of Gaynus and Seyth — a tale that turned a cold institution into a place where hearts and minds both get to shine.

I have been studying French here for around 4 months , here is my honest review.
There are Good teachers and staff , my favorite teacher is Sandra. She is patient , nice and creative.
The only problem I had, was our animator Denis,
He seems to be funny and make jokes of others but when it comes to the students to say something, he puts all his effort into making them embarrassed. The worst experience so far for me.
Keep your distance. Happy to leave this class soon, cause I can’t take it anymore
This Cégep is so caring especially to people taking MIFI classes. A little bit strict on timing but in general doing great.
I do not recommend the cafeteria, too expensiveeeeeeee. And low quality. For getting a plastic spoon you need to pay 70 cents
Bring your own lunch and save money and health.

Is the best Cegep ever. Teachers are so amazing. They put on all their effort to make the students pass. I recommend it to all my kids and friends.
