Great swim schedule with helpful and friendly staff. Clean locker room and pool. Wear a bathing cap if your hair if is long to protect it from damage from the chlorinated water . There are aquatic excercise classes as well.

Attention à vos casiers. Malgré un cadenas, mon sac a été volé hier ainsi que celui de 2 autres personnes. Les 3 vestiaires de la piscine ont été visité. Je tenais beaucoup à ce sac et il y aura une récompense si quelqu'un le trouve et le ramène à la piscine.

Place looks new. Mostly went to look at the pool without going in. Schedule had, a ot of availabilities. There is apparently a 17m pool as well as a 25m. No idea what the 17m one is. Apparently there is a a gym apparently, Bistro and view area of the pool, didn't visit any so no comments, looks nice and used.

Super moment passé en famille à la piscine aujourd'hui ! L'eau était un peu froide, et mes enfants avaient des lèvres bleues et des frissons, mais malgré cela, on a passé un très agréable moment. On reviendra avec plaisir, espérons que l'eau sera un peu plus chaude la prochaine fois !

**Just FYI and context my review will be strictly for the "gym" and I use that word loosely as its a workout room and not a gym.** I have been consistently working out here for a month but I have been a member for six months off and on. I will first start with the negatives : This gym is tiny. My living room is bigger than this place. This is the type of gym they may have at a hotel or a condo, just so they are able to say they have a "gym". The equipment is pathetic, as they don't have many machines and the dumbells are light and only go up to 50lbs. There are only two benches, and on to my next part as soon as there is more than five people this room is crowded. You fight with people to use equipment and generally you have the same issues that you may have at other gyms, people don't clean the equipment or machines after use, people talk loud on their phones, drop the weights very loud, break the equipment, people sit on their phones not caring that this is one room where other people need TO SHARE THE MACHINES. There actually is no supervision here. And the guy who is the "supervisor" doesn't Inforce rules and sits in his phone in the other room, away from the gym. He's also rude when you ask him for help, or extra cleaning materials which they fail to provide or forget to re stock, he's incompetent, he has a beard and a hat, you know who I'm talking about. If you have rules, please Inforce them as this creates an unsafe and unpleasant space for PAYING CUSTOMERS. Please rectify these issues. The hours are strange also, just keep the place open and don't shut down for your lunch hour. This is not a government office. Lastly I have never seen a more incompetent front desk staff, you least you could do is smile when you are taking my money? Now on to the postives, which there are some. I like the fact that this gym is only 20$ per month without a contract which is nice for people who want to save a few bucks and not have to pay a fortune just to work out. I really appreciate this. Not everyone can afford to go to the gym. But I believe everyone deserves to have access to a fitness center regardless of your income, health is wealth. This is where this gym shines. Also the facilities are beautiful with modern amenities, you can shower after your workout and even take the elevator if you just hit leg day. I will say this: I believe if you know how to workout and be creative you can workout fine here, but you will get to a point where you need a barbell bench press and a squat rack, and this gym doesn't have it. You are limited in terms of equipment and machines, but you can still get a good workout here and build progress. I have my reasons I work out here, but I am at the point where in order to progress more I need another gym with heavier weights and atleast a flat barbell bench press. I live five minutes away from the facility and I don't make excuses to not work out. This is an honest but tough review and I believe other customers should read this.

Nice place for a swim, has a small kiddie pool and a big one. It can be crowded at peak hours. Bring your own locks. Great spot for neighborhood. very clean and well maintained. Located next to a kids play ground. one thing what i don't like here, it is a very hot water ♨️ in showers to rinse off before and after swim.
