It's a great place for bead lovers or jewelry makers. I'm making jewelry for pleasure and they have a lot of products. Prices are very decent if you're a member, and it's worth it. Never had problems with their products. Love the fine stone beads and the stainless selection. Staff is great, very kind and helpful.

Vraiment un belle endroit avec beaucoup de choix

Après que Google m’ait envoyé à leur ancienne adresse, j’ai fini par arriver au bon endroit. C’est pas la faute du commerçant. Ils ont une boutique en ligne, mais j’ai voulu y aller en personne pour voir les produits. Je cherchais des idées pour monter des pierres que je polies. Une employée qui m’a semblé très connaissante m’a montrée de belles options et m’a montrée des produits dont j’ignorais l’existence et qui m’aident à régler certaines difficultés. Si je n’étais pas allée en personne, je n’aurais pas appris ces trucs. Maintenant que je les connais, je peux les acheter en ligne.

Beaucoup de choix de perles et d’accessoires pour faire des bijoux. Je fais des ateliers créatifs et c’est vraiment une belle place.

J'adore la boutique. Il y a un grand choix de perles de tout genre, type et format. J'y vais régulièrement pour m'approvisionner. Le personnel est dévoué et sympathique.

After searching online, I found Club Bead and noticed it has good reviews and seemingly good prices. I bought numerous stones and they were shipped quickly. Upon inspection of the stones, I found many of the rose quartz cabs had fractures, all 4 of the round turquoise stones were damaged with holes(like they were used or were seconds) and all of the red jasper and pink aventurine were engraved and didn't have smooth surfaces which was not described in their listing. I emailed them with complaints and included pictures of the damaged, used and unwanted stones and Kim returned the email stating they will update the descriptions to include the carved stones and she included a link to their return policy. The policy says the buyer is responsible for return shipping which is unfair since it was they who sent me defective product. Also, since the replacement stones will cost less than $100, there would be a shipping fee and its evident I would incur the shipping cost. I shouldn't be responsible for shipping costs on the replacement stones. They shouldn't have sent damaged goods. Buyer beware. This store is giving online sales a bad reputation. From now moving forward, the only online stores I will use is through Amazon because issues are easily solved and without hassels. Edit: I involved PAYPAL and I had to pay $18.22 for the return shipping with tracking but apparently I will be reimbursed by PAYPAL for the shipping and will be refunded by PAYPAL for the damaged stones. I wasted 45 minutes on phone calls and a trip to the post office and used my money for return shipping to hopefully get my refund. That was an aggravating transaction that could have been prevented if the seller would have sent quality stones. Be careful people
