J'y suis allé à 2 reprises pour des problèmes différents et à chaque fois j'ai été très satisfait autant du travail que du service !

I bought my computer parts separately and paid someone else to build my PC. A few things went wrong and he was too busy so I found InfoMontreal who gave me a quote of $90 per hour to build it on the spot. Normally, you would leave your computer parts and components with them and they would build it for you over the next few days, but I'm very skeptical as a person plus I was in a hurry so I just decided to pay for the immediate assistance. You can basically see them working on my computer from the front counter which was pretty reassuring. They'd also update you on the progress which was another good sign. My computer already had the case fans, power supply and wiring already done so I assumed it wouldn't take long, but It took nearly over 2 hours which was unexpected, but they were able to successfully put it together and make it boot. In the end, the service cost me $135 and they seemed to have done a good job since again I needed the pc done asap so I bought the express service. However an incident also occurred. I had to buy a motherboard from them due to some issues. My newly bought motherboard wasn't slotting the CPU and the store owner Yves who was the one slotting it in, assumed it to be defective after trying which caused the pins on motherboard slot it to bend. He apologized and gave me a $75 in-store discount for his $375 motherboard (It's actually a $50 discount minus $25 store markup and after looking up the price on Amazon to be $310 + tax so I save $50) for a similar priced motherboard and he would take the one I brought in, but since I bought it off Amazon, I could just return it without issue and he even told me if I couldn't return it, just come back to him and he'd take care of it. He took responsibility. I appreciate that. Plus, I got a $50 discount. My only concerns remaining would be whether my CPU is still in good shape after the motherboard incident I mentioned earlier. Nonetheless, it was overall a pretty good experience. I would recommend people to come here for their PC building needs. The employees are young and easy to communicate with in English or French. You can see them building the PC as you wait at the front counter which is very reassuring. Although it make take them some time, they get the job done. I will also post an update in the future at some point on the status of this build. Lastly, here are some pics of the completed build.

Service très courtois et professionnel !!! Ils se sont vraiment bien assurés que tout fonctionnait correctement, ont pris le temps de bien m'expliquerce qui était arrivé ainsi que la réparation qui a été effectuée. Ils ont même ajouté un protecteur sur mon chargeur et ce gratuitement. Bravo à l'équipe et bonne continuité, je recommande fortement cet endroit.

Désolé, mais je croyais que cet endroit était une institution mais ils n'ont pas été capables d'identifier le piragtage de mon ordinateur. On semblait savoir ce qui en était mais il n'en était absolument rien. Mon ordinateur est hacké par une entreprise de sécurité réputée et son propriétaire. Vie numérique compromise, fichiers volés, on a maquillé l'action par une demande rançon. Bizarrement, le nom d'une personne en lien avec une mésentente d'affaires créée de toute pièce, a fait surface, Et de ce fait, le nom en question indique de l'intention de nuire à mes affaires, mais aussi à ma réputation personnelle.
