I called for info regarding tennis lessons (I am not a member) and the first thing the Philip told is that it's very expensive (350$) and that's it probably not what I am looking for when budget wasn't even discussed. I was traumatised by his answer whoever is training the sales team needs to do a better job.

The service at the restaurant is terrible. It seems like they're just good looking people doing you a favor by taking your order. Is there some kind of training for them? It took me 20 minutes before someone came up to ask me if I was having breakfast, and the place was empty! At first, I went to the restaurant three times a week for breakfast. After Camille left, I don't feel like having breakfast there because of the poor service.

The gym is nice and the restaurant is good. However the older clients are quite rude and the atmosphere is not child friendly at all, even though they have splash pad and daycare, the clientele, being mainly older people , complain and look at the kids sideways. There is a small designated "family zone" with a splash pad where i brought my 5 year old for the first time to play. This older lady was who was sitting there by herself started complaining about the wind blowing water droplets in her direction. She rudely asked me to move the sprinklers aways from her (even though this was clearly designated for kids play it litteraly says FAMILY ZONE) and when i didnt pay attention to her she insulted me in front of my child before storming off. That was a horrible experience for my little boy who didnt understand what he did wrong. Another time I was sitting at the restaurant bar by myself for lunch and having a conversation with my aunt on the phone and another older lady started telling me to be quiet because Im bothering her. This was in a restaurant at the BAR area not in a quiet space at all. The place and employees are nice but the clientele ruins it. There are some younger people but the majority seems to be old grumpies.

Pire club, je me fait invité par un ami. Je profite du club et on viens me voir pour me dire que je n'ai pas rempli un formulaire. On me fait payer 40$ car je serai venu plus de 3x selon eux (c'était ma 2ieme fois). Le club avait l'air vieux de toute façon et très peux de machine de gym. Je vais prendre l'abonnement dans un autre club car c'est juste mon argent qui les intéresse.

Terrible experience! They market this place as an upscale gym. It is a mediocre economy gym at exorbitant prices. The staff is unfriendly and some of them made inappropriate comments to me. I would never go here again. Stay away at all costs

Good club with decent tennis courts, but there’s one major issue: at times, while people are trying to play tennis, one of the courts hosts cardio tennis with about 10 people swinging racquets to loud music . The atmosphere turns more into a fitness party or a loud market rather than a tennis environment. The noise makes it quite hard to concentrate and play on the nearby courts. I recommend checking the schedule in advance to avoid ending up in the middle of another party right inside the tennis courts. On top of that, this club has seriously gone downhill over the past year. What used to be a place to focus, train, and enjoy your time has turned into a chaotic mess. It now feels like a haven for poor decisions, disrespectful people, and a complete lack of order. Management really needs to step up and take control, because right now it’s just absurd.

I called to inquire about their pilates class but the lady on the phone called Karen was very unenthusiastic and drab about giving information. When I'd ask a question, there would be silence as if she's just not keen to answer. It is a bit discouraging because I wanted to try the classes but her only answer was, "once you get the membership, I'll be able to guide you".
