The show was outstanding from start to finish. The MC was incredible - really knew how to work the crowd and kept the energy high throughout the evening. The headliner, DJ Demers, was fantastic. Even after what seemed like a challenging travel day (which he brilliantly wove into his material), he delivered an amazing set. All the comedians brought something unique to the stage, but the headliner was definitely the standout of the night. A note about the location - yes, The Comedy Nest is situated in The Montreal Forum, the legendary former sports arena that's now been transformed into a shopping and entertainment complex. The comedians themselves joke about it feeling like a "crappy mall," and sure, there's an arcade next door, but there's real history here! You can still see elements like the center ice circle and original red seats that remind you this was once home to the Montreal Canadiens. Here's the thing though - once you step inside The Comedy Nest, you completely forget about everything outside those doors. The venue itself creates the perfect intimate atmosphere for comedy, and the quality of the performances is top-notch. Don't let the unconventional location fool you - this is a gem of a comedy club with fantastic shows. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great laughs in Montreal!

Fun time, haven't been to a comedy club in many years. Each performer had their big laughs and also, IMO, a few dudes. Overall a good experience and would recommend going.

It has been a while since my wife and I went to see comedy. It was a nice place and a great set. It is good to laugh.

Great mix! We went to see a headliner and we're treated to a few openers followed by a very funny leading act!! Will return!

We reserved for 11 friends to see the Saturday late show as part of our bachelorette programming. This was a great experience. Recommend calling direct to reserve because the customer service is exceptional, it’s easy, and you save Eventbrite fees - I just let them know 11 of us were coming and I paid when we arrived. The comic lineup was great. All weren’t bangers but that’s comedy, and working your stuff out. But all in all, they get great talent there so I wouldn’t hesitate to return. The beverage menu isn’t extensive but has all the basics and the prices are good. We didn’t require food but they have popcorn. The staff is super friendly and attentive - our drinks remained full. All the seats are good as it’s a not a HUGE room. The only drawback (and why I removed a star) is that there isn’t a washroom inside the venue so if you need to go after you arrive/during the show, you’re leaving the club, entering the forum of shops and entertainment stuff, going upstairs to use public toilets or at the bowling alley - it’s a bummer. Less than ideal for anyone who couldn’t sit through the 90mins without having to go. The building itself was neat to visit and saw the old chairs from the forum days (beside elevator on the same floor as comedy nest).

Great atmosphere and staff. A must stop by place in Montreal and located where the old Montreal Forum once stood!

Ended up here on a whim and loved it. Loved our waitress she was so sweet and seemed like she was the only one who took care of all the tables. I saw that her vest said employee of the month Then i saw everyone's vest said employee of the month The host was hilarious, along with some of the other stand-ups. Will definitely go back.
