Fantastic service at Creation PH! Was shopping for a new Diamond Ring for my 25th wedding anniversary. Chanelle was the best! She listened to all the details I wanted and found the perfect diamond. She didn’t rush anything, she wanted to make sure I was satisfied. My experience wasn’t like at other Jewelers, where they pressure you to pick something they already have in stock. Will definitely got back and make this my go to jeweler.

Purchased a beautiful Breitling timepiece here. They were very accommodating with our budget, gave us a fantastic deal, as well as kind, courteous and professional service. I’m so glad we discovered this place. They have a great selection of watches and jewellery and are very fair. A true gem…we’ll definitely be back! A+

Can't wipe the smile off of my face. There are no words to explain how impressed we are with our experience at Creation by Paul H. After searching through several jewelry stores in our local city, we decided to make the drive to Montreal. I wanted something different and eye catching and felt that other stores had the same type of selections. Paul greeted us with a smile and a heart full of passion, just waiting to make us happy. I was impressed by the unique selection of rings in his store but also the experience and knowledge Paul has!! He offered us ideas from using jewelry from our last, redesigning and creating new pieces and giving us the opportunity to feel like we had endless options. We never felt judged on our budget and there was no pressure for a timeline. Best prices for sure!! We found our wedding sets that day and Paul was so kind to size it for us immediately so we didn't have to make another trip! This is by far the best jeweller in Montreal and I’d dare say in the entirety of North America! The service was impeccable, and all of the staff are very kind and efficient. If you need to create something special, or are looking for a ring for that special moment, they will take all the stress away from you, and make the process feel like a breeze!! If you are on the fence about where to go to get your jewelry done, JUMP THAT FENCE and get over to Creation Paul H YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! Best decision I’ve ever made when it comes to a jeweller!! While doing a resizing job, the stone on my ring was tarnished and darkened in color through the process. The pendant on the right of the photo is the original stone and looked the same like on my ring. The ring on the left is the aftermath where it simply lost its transparency and how it reflects the light through the heating process while resizing. Disappointed with this outcome, and unfortunately no repair or compensation was provided.

Je suis venu pour acheter un simple bracelet de montre d’une valeur excessivement dérisoire mais j’ai été accueilli très chaleureusement et traité avec le plus grand soin et professionnalisme. Le remplacement du bracelet a même été offert sans que je leur demande quoi que ce soit. Service bilingue. Restez comme ça et ne changez pas, je reviendrai. PS : pour celles et ceux qui recherchent un bracelet Hirsch, allez-y faire un tour !
