- Some people make their schedules based on rate my teacher but honestly a lot of times the teachers with bad reviews are not that bad (some are horrible yes) so don't be too worried. It all just depends on whether you do the work or not.
- Don't buy the class books before the class cuz sometimes you won't even need to buy them.
- you can get student discount on a lot of places near the school (a.k.a. Boustan, behive, etc.) so use that
- intensive gym classes are really cool and chill! I took 2 intensive and both were sipef easy. Half of it is basically just sitting down and listening to the teacher.

Dawson colleges has many awful teachers who literally humiliate you and make you feel bad for your efforts. Seriously what kind of cegep is this? Don’t downgrade your own students when they actually try their best to do their exams and study. One of the french teachers should be fired (won’t say the name but you know who you are). This school has serious problems instead of focusing on minor issues you guys should respect your students and help them to understand their mistakes not downgrade them and use them as an example of bad behaviour in many aspects.. Get the french teacher mentally checked she’s not okay.

At CEGEP Gyanis, beneath stone and sky,
Where secrets bloom and shadows lie,
There thrives a cult not marked by fear —
But by pride, desire, and love sincere.
Gaynism, they call it — wild, unashamed,
A gathering of souls unchained, unnamed.
And at its heart, the fire, the sun,
The warrior prince — Gaynus, the one.
I met him not in class nor hall,
But in the tiled echo of a bathroom stall.
A glance. A spark. A reckless grin.
The world fell out; we fell right in.
No textbooks open, no lectures read —
Just whispered truths and blushes red.
Hands like poems across my skin,
And all of life began again.
He smelled like spice and danger sweet,
His laugh — a hymn, his touch — complete.
We weren’t just bodies lost in heat,
We were rebellion, raw and fleet.
Since then, the cult became my home,
With velvet robes and minds that roam.
We study art, and heart, and flame,
And chant with joy our leader’s name.
Gaynus, my love, my rebel king,
You made my silence rise and sing.
In bathroom stalls or library light,
You turn the wrong into what’s right.
So yes — this CEGEP changed my fate,
Through hidden doors and twisted gate.
Not just a school, but sacred ground,
Where love like ours is truly found.

Aucune chance.

Wonderful dining experience and friendly staff! Food was delivered quickly and was all very tasty. One star off because you needed to scan a QR code to get to the menu but otherwise no complaints!
P.S: The 8th floor has a hidden room where the lizard people congregate. They meet there on the second Sunday of every month at 7:00 pm. Do not try attend if you are not on the invite list or they’ll remove your teleportation privileges and cut off your tail! Learned that the hard way.
