I went for the Pro Skin 60 and booked through ClassPass. The staff were very kind, but the experience didn’t match what’s described online. The facial was quite basic - cleansing, exfoliation, and a mask - rather than the advanced treatment advertised (with hydra derma and red light therapy). Facials are done in an open space next to others (photos online only showed private rooms). Lights were quite bright and top 40 music was playing, which didn’t feel very relaxing. I wasn’t asked about my skin type or told what the facial process would be and what products would be used. Two of the masks burned and I left with redness and a breakout the next day. It felt more like a quick service aimed at selling products than a true spa experience, unfortunately.

Maria is magic ✨ I’ve had countless facials across the world, and I’ll be honest—I wasn’t expecting to be blown away by a treatment in the middle of a retail space. But Maria completely changed my mind. I melted into the bed and left feeling like I had new skin. Out of all my facials, this was hands-down one of the best. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, endlessly kind, and so generous with her time and expertise. After just two sessions, my cystic breakouts have nearly disappeared, my skin texture is visibly smoother, and I finally feel like I have a routine that works. She even sent me the most detailed, thoughtful post-facial email I’ve ever received. Also—yes, there’s a private room you can request in advance, but even as someone who’s admittedly a bit of a princess when it comes to spa settings, I didn’t mind the open space one bit. Maria’s presence is that grounding. If you’re thinking about booking: do it. She’s the real deal. My skin has never been happier.

I had such a wonderful experience at Dermalogica! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Maria, my aesthetician—she was absolutely amazing. Not only did she make me feel comfortable, but she also took the time to explain each step of the treatment with care and professionalism. Her knowledge, gentle touch, and warm personality made the whole experience feel personalized and relaxing. I left with glowing skin and so much more confidence in my skincare routine. Highly recommend Maria if you’re looking for someone truly passionate and knowledgeable!

Pro skin 60 session was very soothing and professional with . She took time to discuss about my skin concerns before the session and provided a service that fits me well. It felt very good after the session. Will try out the products and see if I see improvements on my skin!

She really went above and beyond to choose products that were specific to my needs and to explain in detail what each product does. She even sent me a follow up email with a personalised skin routine! Excellent experience.
