Although I’m still taking the course, her attentiveness, clear explanations, and patient approach already make learning comfortable. She answers calls, helps plan lessons, and gives valuable exam preparation tips. Thanks to her, even difficult topics become clear, and the classes go smoothly. Her kindness creates a trusting atmosphere and boosts confidence at every session. She always responds professionally to any question. Management should highlight her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine desire to help everyone. I’m convinced Monique is an irreplaceable team member who deserves a raise. If I could leave negative stars I would. Money thieves, all they care about is profit. They cancelled all my classes with the start of COVID and then when I asked for a reimbursement they made it seem like it was a complicated process that would take time. When I tried again for the reimbursement of the classes I was not able to take because they modified the whole schedule and mode of operation of the school, they said my account had been closed and there was nothing they could do. Save yourself the frustration, do not support this awful company . Pure selfishness and incompetence

The lady at the reception Monique, she’s so kind, understanding and has great communication skills. Helps students to identify a better plan suitable for their schedule.

Cet endroit est fantastique avec leur service en clientèle. La secrétaire est très gentille et sympathique envers les clients. Avec l’aide de la secrétaire, faire des rendez-vous est très faciles. Les chauffeurs sont de bons instructeurs et en même temps d’être gentils et corriger des erreurs avec un attitude agréable. Je recommande cet école de conduite si vous voudriez un vite et excellent expérience à apprendre à conduire!

Learning to drive with Tecnic Driving School in Côte-des-Neiges was such a great experience! The instructors were super patient and made sure I understood everything step by step, which helped me feel more confident every time I got behind the wheel. I have to give a huge thank you to Monique—she was amazing! Not only was she super kind and professional, but she also made the whole process way less stressful. She was always there to help and gave me all the tips I needed during my journey to getting my license. If you’re looking for a driving school, I 100% recommend Tecnic. They really care about helping you succeed, and the whole experience was awesome!
