Je suis très satisfaite de leur travail ! La monitrice est bienveillante, courtoise et explique les choses avec clarté. Elle prend toujours le temps de réexpliquer en cas de doute ou de mauvaise compréhension. Très gentille et patiente, elle m’a beaucoup aidée à reprendre confiance. J’ai pris 4 cours de perfectionnement avec eux et aujourd’hui, j’ai réussi mon examen !

Best experience i ever had, the staff was nice and really helpful. I converted my foreign license to Quebec license and passed the exam from the 1st try. Really recommend it for anyone who wants to learn how to drive and pass the exam.

I had the most amazing experience with Joe. He is kind and patient. With decades of experience he makes you feel at ease the moment you get into the car. I had already done my exam twice and failed. I passed it today with no issues. I was also able to rent a car. I originally had my classes through another driving school and Joe was able to teach me a lot more. I really recommend him to everyone!!!!

Perfect experience with École de conduite Experties! I took just two lessons before my driving test, and I passed on my first try. The instructors explained everything clearly and even practiced with me on the same route as the test, so I felt confident and familiar with the area. J’ai récemment suivi des cours de pratique avec l’école de conduite Expertise, et je suis très satisfaite de mon expérience. Mon instructrice était patiente, claire dans ses explications et très professionnelle. Grâce à son accompagnement, j’ai pu passer mon examen pratique avec succès. Je recommande vivement cette école pour toutes celles qui cherchent à se préparer dans une ambiance rassurante et efficace.

Superbe école, j’ai été accompagné durant tout le processus avec beaucoup de conseils, mon moniteur à vraiment mis le paquet, tôt le matin comme dans tard le soir, comme mon niveau était vraiment à retravaillé, et tout çà à un tarif honnêtement très compétitif.J’ai même bénéficié d’une séance gratuite. Aujourd'hui j’ai mon permis grâce à l’Ecole de conduite Expertise. Je ne peux que dire merci... Je vous la recommande vivement.

I cannot fully explain my whole day ordeal with this terrible driving school - long story short - I booked a car for my driving test with SAAQ and the driving school gave the car to someone else at the same time I was to do the test with SAAQ. Here is my unbiased advise - if you care for your time, money and sanity - run away from this driving school. The guys in charge of the car where utterly unemphatic and kept passing me around for about 6 hours+. Not a single apology - each kept shifting blame to each other and suddenly stopped speaking or understanding English. I was going to take my SAAQ test 10am first week in August but because of the driving school's greed, the next appointment I got from SAAQ was in September(five weeks away) - took a lot for calls and begging to SAAQ for me to get an earlier date. After several complaint, the best the driving school did was return my car booking fee and my SAAQ driving test fee. No compensation for wasting my entire day (9am - 6pm) and for the troubles I went through. What I found most irritating was that the manager (I suppose the owner) of the driving school tore my SAAQ driving test payment receipt before she returned the fee (I think 33$) as though the fee was anything significant. She did that just so I don't use the receipt at my next appoint with SAAQ. I am not a young person - I have never seen anything like that ever. I gave them the 1 star because I got back my fee at least.
