If you are an Argentine tango dancer, you will have a decent time here with a pretty good ambience. The number of people is usually high enough to make it fun, but it can vary. The music is nauseatingly traditional, they tend to play very old overplayed songs. Other places seem to play more exciting music, we need DJs who know how to play fresh music.
The very best tango milonga's you will find in Montreal. Always a pleasure to go there and dance with friends. Spacious dance floor and great vibe from the owners, i really love going there!
My very fist milonga was at TSC. It was my favorite place to go to then, and it still is. Milongueros and milongueras are always greeted warmly, the space is wide and beautifully decorated, without giving a pretentious feel. The club attracts people of all ages, and their resident djs are great! If you're a tanguero or tanguera visiting Montreal, you have to come by 🙂
I travelled and stayed more than 15 different countries and danced at many milongas.But I should say TSC is the very special one. The dance quality and level are very high.The local dancers are very kind and frendly. I higly recommand to every tango dancer to come to TSC milonga.
The best place for tango in Montreal. You will find everything you need, good dancers, classes, friends, music, and atmosphere.
We went to this Milonga, and had a great time . It was a really friendly atmosphere, nice floor to dance on, good dancers ! We can't wait to go back !!! I would recomend this place !!!
