J’ai suivi la formation ITIL 4 avec IT Chapter via une classe virtuelle (durant la pandémie COVID19). Toutefois, l’expérience était superbe, l’instructeur était excellent et a su garder son audience très animée. Le eBook (matériel de formation) très pertinent et utile pour révision avant l’examen, incluant des exemples concrets ainsi que des conseils. Je recommande fortement IT Chapter à ceux et celles qui ont l’intention d’obtenir une certification professionnelle dans le monde des TI.

I attended a class provided by IT Chapter in 2017 (for the Change Management Foundation certification), and I will attend another one in a few months. Their service is amazing, they are very attentive to different people's needs, and they have a great network of teachers and professionals in IT, Project Management, Change Management, etc. IT Chapter's location is also very convenient, in an inviting office in the heart of Old Montreal.
