When my 1st laptop crashed about 3 yrs. ago I was beside myself since it's my window to the outside world especially in the midst of COVID. So I found Richard & very very happy that I did. He truly is a specialists in the art of computers he had my laptop up & running in no time & he advised me on what I should look for when I buy a new laptop. Fast forward to today I have a new laptop based on Richards recommendation he has since come over & transferred my data & files to my new laptop. Plus he came again to install my web cam. Richard makes house calls after 3:00. Richard is very helpful & explains every step, he is

Richard is great; personable, straight-forward, reasonably priced and honest, he even followed up with me later on since he wasn't happy with not being able to find the problem the first time. I've been distrustful of laptop repair shops since I've had more than a few bad experiences, but I'd trust Richard with any of my laptops.

On the 19th of December i could not connect my Lenovo to wifi.
On the recommendation of a friend I called Richard. He said we could go to his office between 1 & 3 or make an appointment for him to come to our home. After quickly assessing I was not a victim of a virus he was able to get my machine functioning with a wireless adapter and offered to help me return my computer to Lenovo as it still under Warranty. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring and substantially undercharges in spite of his expertise and experience.

I took my sluggish HP laptop to have Richard reinstall Windows 7 and he did a thorough job of it. He knows what he's doing at a very reasonable price. He also added a number of software programs and offered some great advice. He goes above and beyond the service required, including cleaning the hardware to get rid of dust. The turnaround time was very fast and I highly recommend him for any computer problems or as an alternative place to recycle your computers, cell or other phones, cables or other electronics, which he will gladly take off your hands. On top of that Richard is very approachable and a great conversationalist!
