My 4 years old son has been attending this daycare for almost two years. He is quite happy with his educators Norma and Kimia. They are very caring and friendly people. We trust them. I heard about the negativities that happened before in another class, but I don't think there is such a situation in this daycare right now.

Ms. Norma, Kimia, Jean and Sharma are excellent educators . They care for the children and provide them with stimulating activities throughout the day. They are also kind, patient and interact with the parents on a daily basis. My experience so far has been great. As other reviews have mentioned, there was a case of a single abusive teacher who has since been let go. I certainly sympathize with these parents and their kids. These is no place for such behaviour. There is now new management and I am hopeful there will be no future incidents as protocols have been implemented.

Mes deux enfants ont fréquenté la garderie (dont un encore actuellement) et nous sommes satisfaits de leur service. Les éducatrices proposent toujours de belles activités (bricolage, jeux, sport) et ils vont presque tous les jours jouer dehors (même l’hiver). À chaque mois, on propose un thème (les saisons, les animaux, les continents, l’alimentation nutritive) et mes enfants y ont appris beaucoup de choses. La communication est très facile avec eux surtout avec l’application ClassDojo.

My daughter enrolled in this school when she was 18 months old. She is now 3 years old and still attending, we were very pleased with all her teachers. We trust our current teachers and school very much, everything is great. ❤️

I am deeply disturbed by my experience with this daycare. My child came home saying that their teacher had been physically abusing children by hitting them on the arms, hands, glutes, stomach, legs and yelling at them most of the time. I immediately raised this issue with the daycare staff, only to learn that they had already received complaints about this teacher for months but had taken no action, allowing the abuse to continue. The director told me they were not going to report it to the authorities, so I did. The DPJ informed us that the daycare was not following protocol and was obligated to report such cases. The DPJ had to explain to the daycare the measures to follow in cases of future abuse, as they were apparently unaware. Even though they fired this teacher, the way they handled the situation was horrific. Be assured that if abuse occurs, the teachers will protect each other—not your child. The police discovered that several teachers were aware of this situation and had not spoken up until the police intervention. I strongly urge parents to look elsewhere to ensure their child’s safety.

My experience at this daycare was bad and sad. My son attended here, a teacher mistreated and hit him. They took advantage of my 4 year old son because he didn't speak! I found out about this from someone else. Also, most of the teachers knew about this and no one said anything. They just covered up. If you can, NEVER put your children in this daycare! They have more cases of abuse from previous years.
