Real gem for the hard-core baller who wants to train. I only go there in the morning to do a light workout and get some shots up. Small weights area to get some squats and "knees over toe guy" exercises in. Good number of quality nets to get shots up. Great atmosphere with the Black Mama inspired motif. Even more legit experience when the Barber was still there. He's since been replaced by a sugary vending machine. The court is not great for a true run as it's not full size and there are steel beams at the edge of the court. However, this place is more for training. Lately some people have been leaving bottles and food wrappers around. I help clean its up in the morning as I go early but considering what I'm paying, I shouldn't have to do that. Many people don't sign in. I suspect they're not paying members. So it doesn't feel good that I'm subsidizing people who are also probably the ones making the mess. A controlled door entry system is needed for members. All in all a great spot to get some exercise / ball in but something needs to be done about the cleanliness and who has access.

Really great place with nice owners! Had a birthday party there and my son regularly goes to play. Great place for kids to stay active!

Nice little indoor gym, very accommodating owners and enjoyed my time over there
