They keep things fresh by regularly updating the routes, sometimes even daily, so there’s always a new challenge to tackle. Not ready to commit to buying gear? No worries — they offer equipment rentals, so you can give climbing a try without investing upfront. And if you decide to dive in, the on-site shop has everything you might need. Beyond the climbing walls, they also have cardio and strength training equipment, making it easy to warm up, cool down, or cross-train to build your climbing fitness. The staff are not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable, ready to offer advice or help you refine your technique. And if you work up an appetite, they’ve got food and beverages available to keep you fueled. The hours are fantastic, too: open from 8 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week, so you can fit in a climb whenever it suits your schedule. If I could give this place 6 stars, I absolutely would. I wholeheartedly recommend Bloc Shop Chabanel to anyone even remotely curious about bouldering — it’s an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience aujourd'hui. Ma conjointe et moi, nous nous sommes rendus au Bloc Shop avec nos enfants parce qu'il y avait une promotion comme quoi l'entrée des enfants était gratuite avec entrée adulte (voir photo). Quand nous sommes arrivés, les employés ont voulu nous faire payer l'entrée des adultes, MALGRÉ LE FAIT QUE NOUS AVIONS UNE CARTE D'ENTREE GRATUITE POUR DEUX ADULTES!!! Nous avons trouvé cela très malhonnête. Plus tôt dans la journée, un autre employé nous avait même encouragé à revenir plus tard avec nos enfants! Et, malgré la très grande déception de nos enfants de ne pas pouvoir faire l'activité prévue, les employés se sont montrés inflexibles par rapport à cette règle non-écrite bidon. Frustrant. Nous n'y retournerons plus. L'art de perdre des bons clients.

Perfect places even for beginners like me. I am new for climbing for two months, today is the first time I visit here. 1. Clean. For this size of gym, it’s really amazing that they mange to keep it super clean. 2.Nice staff. I feel welcomed. 3.Reasonable price. I used to go to a much smaller nice gym but they are the same price with here.So I consider this place is not expensive at all. 4.Route settings are fun!first of all, you have the chance to be introduced by different kind of routes or hand holds form V 1-2, for example, they set some sloper route for V2 level which helped me a lot to get familiar with this kind of holds, that didn’t happened in every gym, the one I used to go always put slopers into V3 or above. I felt That I have a good connection with the route setters when I am dealing with the problems, they don’t just randomly throw some jugs on the wall and call it v1-v2. You can feel the effort on every each holds they set. And even for beginners like me can tell a difference! Overall nice place! 5 stars for sure. Only downside is too far away from my place and metro stations

Definitely a climbing gym of all time, everyone uses too much chalk and the ratings are quite subjective, but other than that, everything is in order, running AC and bouldering problems. Had to go get the staff further in the gym to buy my admission, no one at reception after 5 minutes The pricing is OK for the monthly admission, but 24$ for a single entry is pushing it. Also, when I received the confirmation email, it said I had a single free entrance for a friend that never went, monthly. Everywhere else, including the current website and on site documentation says 2, I guess we'll see. Edit: after a month, I can say the boulders are not as fun as those set up at CRUX, theres barely any crimps too.. but they include shoes renting fee witin the monthly pass, at least

Great climbing gym with many spots to put your belongings. Plus, the staffs are amazingly helpful!

I like the gym, a little bit more compy than I would like but still fun, lots to do as a v7/v8 climber. The coffee does make it a 5/5 experience, the Batista on Monday made me a delicious flat white. This gym does hold a special place in my heart as it is the first time I tried bouldering and was not able to do a single v3 back in 2018. So I like coming back here every year or two for benchmarking 🙂

From the 4 boulder gyms I've visited this is the biggest of them. Very clean and has lots of routes and a good variance in difficulty. It's the cleanest gym aswell. Getting there might take some time though. Had a great time.
