With the amazing help of Amani from the Dorval location, we transformed our small 1980s kitchen into a large and modern gathering space. Challenging our initial plans and evolving to be an amazing space. So happy we worked with Amani as she helped up to create this amazing new space, and ensured we were able to get more than we thought out of the space. Smoothing over any hiccups and with an amazing patience and inspiration for us to act on. Thanks Amani. Hoping to love our space for long as we will stay here.

Wow, I don't know where too start. I start the project in January 2021 with a very good communication between me and the designer, Marc-Antoine everything was perfect. I pay the 50% of the bill and the production started. On June I paid the rest of 50% and the furniture was delivered. The installer did a good job installing the furniture until we realise that we are missing one cabinet. We called the company and after few calls they told me that the cabinet was damaged on the transportation and in two weeks I will received, to tell you the truth I am 100% sure that they forget to make it and they give me the excuse they damaged during transportation. During the installation the installer by mistake placed the handle on the wrong place and right away order a new face for the drawer. Next, the garage bin didn't fit because of the placement of the hinges. Now the two weeks becomes 3 months and after few calls we finally received the cabinet but not the drawer face and the garage bin. The new cabinet was done very pour and because I complained about the quantity after another 3 months I received the new cabinet and drawer face but this time different colour. Now after more than a year from the start of the project I am still waiting for the furniture to be done. Maybe I was the unlucky one but I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Ils sont venus réparer mon comptoir de cuisine gratuitement même après son installation qui datait de 7 années. Ils honorés leur travail. Merci beaucoup à Myriam Bouchard des Ateliers Jacob qui a envoyé son équipe très professionnelle et ses installateurs compétents.

Vous faites de très belles cuisines et la qualité du produit est là. Le service est impeccable. J’ai eu Laurie Bonin-Gohier comme designer et elle m’a conçu la parfaite cuisine de rêve pour moi. Elle a su comprendre mes goûts, mes exigences ainsi que celle de mon conjoint et créer un décor beau, pratique et élégant. J’avais peur d’entreprendre ce projet avec toutes les histoires d’horreur qui me sont venus à l’oreille. Mais, tout s’est parfaitement déroulé en temps et en qualité. Faut dire aussi que j’ai eu l’entrepreneur par excellence en plus. Je vous recommande l’Atelier Jacob et la super designer Laurie Bonin-Gohier. Vous ne regretterez pas votre choix!

Je suis très contente de faire affaire avec Atelier Jacob, car il m’a donné une cuisine de qualité avec un design superbe. J’ai travaillé avec Jordan qui était toujours à l'écoute et très attentif aux détails de ma belle cuisine. Un très grand Merci
