Les étudiantes sont majoritairement gentilles. Je me suit fait faire un botox capilaire. Premier lavage avec produits conseillers après 5 jours: cheveux mêlés, toujours fourchus, très secs ... Bref! Pour 160$ le produit n'est pas bon. Grosse déception de ce qu'on m'a conseillé. Aussi: pas de stationnement pour les personnes handicapées.

Je suis cliente reguliere depuis 5 ans et presque toujours satisfaite les etudiantes sont bonnes polies et prof aussi. Tres professionnelles Bravo a toute l equipe

Had a haircut with Karina and Helene, it was very nice and they did a great job. The teacher come and check if it is done properly. We enjoyed the experience and it was a good price. The students get the opportunity to put into practice what they learn. The only thing they are students and the teacher need to come and check and show them how it is done, it was long. If you’re going there just make sure you have time and you’re not in a rush. I would recommend this place.

Horrible experience! I arrived late which is my fault however, that is no excuse for the poor service I received. As can be seen in this photo the highlights are not well placed, the strands are too wide and the color is over bleached! The student was miserable throughout, and the teacher was not better. This photo was taken after the teacher corrected a few strands by adding more brown and toner to remove the yellow, this after initially telling me that it was the color I chose. She didn't bother to fix all of it and acted irritated with me throughout. I would have been better off if they had refused me when I arrived late rather than endure their treatment and pay for a botched job! The student put color way past my hairline and when i wanted to remove some she just handed me the remover to do it myself instead of doing it for me like they do in proper salons. She said the stains was actually redness from me rubbing and that she had put protective gel on my skin beforehand absolving herself of responsibility when she was in the wrong.When I showed her how the streaks were not evenly placed she said it was because of how I part my hair. And, if that wasn't bad enough she completely drenched the back of my top with water and once again blamed me saying i should have told her the water was splashing me, as if I could know in advance that it was going to happen. I had overheard another student complaining that the chair was broken at which point the teacher gave her a dirty look in response, so she knew about the chair but tried to blame me for it. My hair looks disgusting and now I will have to spend more money to fix it. Do not go to this salon especially if you have an event you will be sorry!

Des étudiantes comme des professionnels. En conclusion... Bon service, à l'écoute, esprit d'équipe. Surtout pas de douleur . Je suis une star depuis le jour je suis sorti de cette place. Je retournerai certainement.

Les étudiants s'appliquent vraiment beaucoup dans leur travail. On m'a super bien conseillé sur la coupe qui m'irait le mieux et je suis repartie super heureuse. La coupe était 13.75$ si je me souviens bien et j'ai donné du tip à ma coiffeuse pour son bon travail. Simplement il ne faut pas être pressé.

1 ere visite aujourd'hui et pas la dernière. Rdv le 26 pour cette fois coloration et mèche avec Yasmine. Elle était super pour la coupe et mise en plis. Alors pourquoi pas prendre un 2 ieme rdv en sortant. Elle est vraiment gentille et attentionné. La prof était toujours pas très loin pour répondre aux étudiants. Très satisfaite de mon expérience
