Certes, j'ai été impacté par l'incident du 19/09/25 du coup mon examen TEFAQ compréhension orale a été annulé. Personne n'est à l'abri avec ce type d'incident. Ce que j'ai surtout apprécié, c'est le professionnalisme dont a fait preuve la responsable face à cette situation pas évidente.

Had such a bad experience in this college. While studying in this college i noticed that purposely teachers in early childhood education program, they will lowest score you so that you pay money for the course again.

TEF annulé.. j'ai demandé remboursement et ils m'ont chargé 85CAD même quand c'était eux qu'ont annulé

I recently had a frustrating experience with the administration that I feel compelled to share. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive during our interaction, which made me feel undervalued and disrespected. Instead of addressing my concerns, they responded with sarcasm and a lack of professionalism. This type of behavior is unacceptable in any administrative setting, and it reflects poorly on the institution as a whole. I hope they take steps to improve their communication and customer service in the future.

No one is answering. I called this institute multiple times to ask a question but none of the extensions work. They all go on "leave your voice message" during working hours. And the only thing that the reception does is to transfer you to those answering machines. I asked the reception to transfer me to the manager or director of the institute but I was transfered to another answering machine. Also, they hung up on me. I don't know how you can contact a LIVE person in this institute!!!

The worst Ielts center. Never give your exam here. They change according to their flexibility and customer service is really nasty and rude. Also, the center has very less width tables for Ielts which is not comfortable. Cannot give ratings in minus.

Stay away from this establishment, all they care about is money, they dont give a crap about the students, avoid at all cost!! Rude staff
