Simon c’est tout simplement le goat de la cybersécurité. Il m’a aidé à régler un vieux problème de piratage qui traînait depuis plus d'un an. Il m’a accompagné étape par étape, avec des explications claires et des solutions concrètes. Il a pris le temps de m'aider a tout sécuriser correctement et ça m’a énormément aidé. Aujourd’hui tout est réglé et sécurisé. C’est pas juste quelqu’un qui fait son job : il le fait bien, il s’investit, et ça se voit. Un gars solide, pro et vraiment utile. 10/10 Service I called for an emergency cabling situation at 10-11pm. The agent was a sweetheart, took notice of my situation and coordinated a next day visit from a technician. The technician was also also a sweetheart, but also efficient & knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to resolve my problem because i had a small cabling issue and also a desktop switch malfunction which had gone unnoticed. All in all, everyone was competent and friendly. Everything i could ask for. Thank you!
