READ THIS! I would have given a big 0 stars if I could have. Do not do business with this company. It is COMPLETELY absurd but it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to someone on the phone. We often find errors in their application and spend a lot of time resolving them with the online support service and we are entitled to NO credit. In addition, if there is a fraudulent payment on your online store, they hold you totally responsible and you must pay in full or they will cut off your access to your store. And even when the account is in collection, we have NEVER been able to speak to anyone. This company has become too big, they completely don't care about their customers. AVOID!!!

An amazing spot to hold events and be drawn into the Shopify culture. Truly a beautiful venue.

Nice office! They have a nice kitchen, beer on tap and other drink location as well, with a lot of restaurants and stuff around. I went there for a conference led by the DGD Android Montreal Meetup Group. Would definitely not mind working in that office!

Never start a Shopify store! They will steal your sales money and don't care. You won't be able to talk to anyone. Their business is too important to them. I can't explain how frustrating it is to deal with them. For a company that wants good customer support from them. REALLY LOL?

What a joke - they allow people to visit your online store, dispute a charge because they forgot they placed the order, customer admits fault and bank sides with customer. Then your business gets charged $15 chargeback fee for every transaction. They don’t protect their customers and hide behind policy. They should have a label at the top of their website SHOPIFY ALLOWS BANKS TO CRUSH SMALL BUSINESSES. What a joke.
