A truly life-changing experience. If you’re looking for a low-impact but incredibly effective workout, this is it. I think this studio is truly for EVERYONE. I absolutely love this studio—it’s beautiful, and the instructors are all fantastic. I’ve consistently had great workout experiences here. I just wish more people would join us so we could have even more classes available

Discovered Essentrics Studio hidden in the Honeyrose Hotel and it’s been a game changer. The Essentrics classes improved my flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness. Instructors are professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable—a true hidden gem!

Eccentrics is such a fun and unique experience—if you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend giving it a go! It’s been a game-changer for me, especially with easing knee and shoulder pain. The location is absolutely beautiful, which makes the whole experience even better. Plus, Sumara is an incredible teacher! Her amazing energy and attention to detail really stood out while I was in her class. You’re going to love it!

The Essentrics studio at the Honeyrose Hotel is hands down the most beautiful studio I’ve ever been to, every detail is visually stunning and creates such a calming, luxurious vibe. It feels like a little escape in the middle of the city. The instructors are all incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and supportive, and the classes leave me feeling stronger, more open, and totally recharged. It’s become one of my favourite places to move and unwind. Can’t recommend it enough!

I've been loving my classes at Essentrics Studio Montreal! The workouts are super dynamic yet low-impact, which has been perfect for my body. They've really helped relieve my lower back pain, and I always leave feeling more aligned and energized. Plus, the studio itself is beautiful — the decor is so calming and the view is just stunning. Highly recommend!
