Je suis venue pour le service d'empruntes digitales. La personne qui m'a servie manque totalement de tact et était limite arrogante. Je ne m'attend pas nécessairement à un service de fou, mais de là à nous faire sentir coupable de tout simplement être présent donne une expérience peu agréable. Je peux au moins dire que le service fut rapide.

Excellent customer service in the fingerprint department! My wife had some problems with the quality of her fingerprints and we were forced to go there three times to redo her fingerprints. The staff was very respectful and patient! Kudos to the gentleman who took her prints by ink and the lady in front desk who was very patient until she managed to get her electronic print out. All the COVID-19 protocols were very well respected! We felt very safe on the spot!

I have recently completed their online course and I can honestly say that it was an amazing experience! Aurelien is an excellent instructor with a wealth of knowledge and experience. He explains things simply, he is precise and makes you understand the reality of the world of security. Everything he taught us is what we are going to need to be successful in this industry. He is simply the best. I was very satisfied with the online course and I recommend it to anyone. We are very lucky to have such a qualified instructor teach the course, if you decide to take it, I can reassure you that you will only benefit from it. Also, the fact that this is a non profit company with the best reputation in Canada will make you feel like you are in the right place.

***Update*** Commissionaires reached out and apologized for the inconvenience and promised to investigate the issue. That deserves a bump up in a review. Thank you for responding in a timely matter. Good day, At 20:00 hours on October 29th 2023, while attending the Lakeshore General Hospital in Pointe Claire (emergency entrance), i reached out to 2 of your security guards due to a lakeshore patient who seemed to be having a mental health crisis and may have needed help. The guards were notified that there was a black male in a wheelchair whos triage number was called numerous times with other patients trying to help the man but without success. The patient was pacing back and forth in the hallways in his wheelchair and seemed very confused. Your guards told me that there was nothing that they could do and that i should go talk to admissions to see what i can do to resolve the issue. Later on during the stay, that same patient in the wheelchair was seen taking a triage number a total of 4 times along with disturbing and interfering with triage. He also caused a scene in triage and a small framed female nurse had to physically remove the patient from the area. As a law enforcement officer, this was terrible customer service and i honestly thought commissionaires had better standards.
