As a parent, I’ve been very impressed with Academic Success and their supportive staff! My son was paired with an excellent tutor, and the virtual platform made him feel comfortable while helping him progress. The tutor built a strong bond of trust with him, which greatly improved his skills and study habits. Overall, we’ve seen real results, and I highly recommend their services for any child’s educational journey!

Une transaction de plus de 900$ a passé sur la carte de crédit de mon conjoint et nous n'avons jamais fait affaire avec eux. Il a tenté de les rejoindre à plusieurs reprises durant les heures d'ouverture, mais ça continuait de dire que c'était fermé. Heureusement, il sera remboursé, mais c'est assez ordinaire.

1 étoile oui! Jai appelé pour aviser que je ne pouvais pas aller chercher les livres de mon enfant dans les dates mentionnées car je serai en vacances. La Mme au telephone très gentille me dit pas de problème vous nous appelerai la sem du 11 aout pr prendre rdv. Jappelle le 12 aout et la personne ne peut me donner rdv elle doit donner mes coordonnées à qlq d'autre qui va me rappeler dans les 24-48h...aucun retour d'appel on est vendredi. Jappelle pour dire qu'on ma jamais rappelée et que ça fait plus de 48h que cest compliqué juste pour aller chercher des livres qui sont achetés depuis juin! Jai dis que quelqu'un ira les chercher pour moi le mercredi prochain en avant midi. Elle me dit quelle va transmettre mon # au responsable pour me rappeler!!! Jai dis on va pas à un rdv chez le psy ce sont des livres! J'ai dis ils doivent me rappeler aujourd'hui ! La sem. prochaine je termine mes vacances je ne pourrai pas répondre au téléphone au travail et ça sera la même ranguenne de rappeler donner mon # et encore attendre. Finalement en juin 2026 on aura les livres d'école! Jai dis à la personne dites leur que mercredi prochain avant midi qlq sera là pr les livres thats it! Elle me dit je pourrai leur dire moi même quand on va m'appeler. Jai dis oui si on m'appelle aujourd'hui sinon je pourrai pas et on va niaiser ben longtemps comme ca. Jai dis moi mercredi prochain qlq va les chercher peu importe et ça doit etre prêt merci.....heeeyyyy niaisage jai jamais vu ça ! En juin jai acheté ça et ils ne sont pas préparés? Ils doivent être préparer si on pouvait aller les chercher le 7-8-9 aout! mal organisé et on ne nous rappelle même pas! On ne peut même pas parler à un responsable du magasin même !

Very bad service, unprofessional and inconsiderate. I have been desperate to find a good maths tutor for my son. My son is the kind to not care about his studies and he is not disciplined when it comes to studying. I have been very worried about him because as a mom i want the best for him. I reached out to succes scolaire, i talked to the coordinator about my concerns and that i wanted someone to follow up and make sure that my son understands the material very well. He told me that he understands and would do his best to find a good tutor for what i am asking for. I talked to the tutor and I told him that it would be great to give my son extra practice exercises for him to practice, because at the end of the day maths needs practice. He did not want to in fear that he is burning my son out. While i understand, i know my son. I also emailed him and told him that I want to know what they are doing so I can make sure that my son studies the right material for his exams. The tutor complained to the coordinator, who called me and told me that the tutor doesnt want to help my son anymore because I was ‘too much’ and that the tutor was getting very frustrated. I was shocked because first, i am paying for an expectedly good service, second, a private tutor is supposed to make sure that their students are understanding the material and they need to make sure that they are practicing because this is how one is supposed to study. The tutor did not want to give this effort, which is the bare minimum for a job like his. The worse is that the coordinator sided with him. If you cannot attend the basic needs of your clients and make sure that your students are benefiting from it then why should i even pay for this service?! Very upset, and did not expect this whole drama.

Terrible service, it is a FAIL after 3 Maths sessions for my boy in sec4. My concern was to practice in every session maths exercises because we have no time and his grades are not so good so I asked the tutor to consolidate the learning at the end of each chapter so he can test his understanding by sending a small test. The tutor Gnandi Thierry refused saying that his teacher should do it is not him, I was soooo surprised. I wanted to have a peace of mind with the money that I am paying so he can the tutor follow up with him and make sure he is in the right direction instead of me worrying all the time but this was not the case. The tutor got upset because I sent him two emails requesting an update and to give additional exercises but he was bothered and told the coordinator Maximilen Omez that he was unhappy about this and at the end the coordinator informed me that the tutor doesn't want to continue the sessions. The coordinator too did not even think of a replacement or tried to put himself in my shoe!! Really what a service for a successful future of the company. At the end they are not going to reimburse me the registration fee that I am requesting! What an ethical company who doesn't understands and doesn't empathize with her clients and put herself in our shoe and try to find a win win situation. I am so upset from the unprofessional service and disappointed too. Before you embark with them try to align your expectations and get it from them in writing. Or don't even bother calling them...find another tutorial company who can understand the parents point of view. It is a waste of money too.

Ma fille a beaucoup aimé ses séances de tutorat avec Monsieur Thierry en mathématique. Il l’a bien aidée et appuyée dans son apprentissage, en plus de lui redonner confiance en elle dans son étude et ses examens. Il a fait une grande différence dans sa réussite. Je crois que Succès scolaire prend bien soin de jumeler des tuteurs qui correspondent à la personnalité de l’enfant. Je recommande ce service sans hésiter! Merci pour tout!

La tutrice a compris les besoins de mon fils et a su bien s’adapter. C’est vraiment une entreprise sérieuse qui fait un suivi auprès du parent à chaque semaine. Je la recommande pour tous types d’enfants à besoins particuliers.
