Formation en gestion du changement très pratique avec des outils concrets pour les gestionnaires. La formatrice Annie a été exceptionnelle. Je reviendrai sans hésitation vers Technologia pour tout autre type de formation dans le futur.

J’ai suivi une formation chez Technologia avec Catherine-Julie Charette. Ce professeur est très imbu de la matière, très patient et accueillant. Le service à la clientèle de cette école est parfait, que ce soit de la part du professeur, de la Réceptionniste ou des techniciens. C’est avec plaisir que j’ai recommandé cette école à mes collègues et supérieurs hiérarchiques.

I just finished a workshop at Technologia for Complaints and Difficult Conversations in Customer Service with Sébastien LeBlanc. It was excellent! I work in Human Resources for a school board and I've taken several workshops with different companies and this is the first time I've really felt I was given techniques and tools that I can use in every aspect of my job. The instructor was friendly, clear and well spoken and you can tell all of the participants really enjoyed the course and got a lot out of it because we were all talking about it together at the end. It's a very interactive 2-day course where you sometimes work alone and sometimes in a small group practicing the tools you've learned in situations based on your real life issues you've encountered. I already started using some of the email strategies after the first day and I noticed a positive result right away. I highly recommend the course, this company and the instructor in particular!

Technologia offers good courses in many areas. Focused on people who need to get better low level knowledge on many subjects, ranging from managing to technical. The classrooms are ok, so it the staff. They offer free breakfast and drinks during the day. Recommended.
