Giant Montréal

Wanted to buy a new bike, I tried to visited this Giant store. From the beginning, the sales person is really good and helpful, eventhough I was still looking for a bike that suits me. The person helps me in everything, starting from the seat adjust, my legs when pedals, ect. He’s also like to laugh and so friendly and patience. The mechanic is also friendly, helpful and patience in assisting me. In the end, It made my bike purchase go smooth and comfortable. They also have 3 dogs and if you’re lucky, you can meet the dogs and I managed to encounter them on my first visit. Edit : I managed to see one of the dog and it is really cute!

Such amazing service, I ran in last minute for a new tyre and went outside to install it. Oswaldo (sorry if spelling is wrong) saw me fumbling around and took pity and sprang into action to help me. Bringing out a pump, instantly diagnosing that the inner tube was also toast, then got a new tube and also a tool to reseat the fender for the different size tyre. The speed at which he worked defied logic, maybe 1 minute to do all of that and have it ready to go. Crazy crazy helpful, can’t recommend them enough!

Un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, digne de la qualité du café " Le Chimbo " qu’on sert sur place au 5252. Non seulement je suis reparti avec un magnifique vélo Voya E+1, mais j’ai aussi découvert un café qui, dès la première gorgée, m’a fait dire à voix haute : " Ben voyons donc tabrnk, y’est incroyable ce café-là ! " Je recommande chaudement l’endroit, que ce soit pour l’achat d’un vélo, un bon tune-up ou simplement pour savourer l’un des meilleurs cafés en ville. Merci à Olivier pour cette belle découverte ! Great purchase experience. We are novice cyclists looking to step into the sport. The whole staff made our shopping less intimidating. Olivier and Francois were really good with helping us pick out the best bikes for our needs and help custom fit the bikes. The bike mechanic was really friendly. We will definitely be back again and really recommend purchasing from them.

I was on the market for a new / first road bike, and I didn't have to look for too long, I found giant monteal's website found the model I liked / fitted my budget. I went to the store in person. The staff is amazingly nice, friendly and welcoming, all of them know what they are talking about and give very good advices in terms of performance and esthetics. The owner who spent almost 1hour perfecting my fitting made sure I don't leave until everything is set up and fitted like a professional rider while giving valuable advices on positioning and riding form to avoid pain and injuries. all this while having good conversations and laughs. I would 100% go back in there in the future.

Quelle superbe expérience. Le meilleur accompagnement que j’ai eu dans une boutique de vélo. Ici, ce n’est pas simplement un achat : c’est une expérience complète. On prend le temps de comprendre tes besoins, de choisir le bon vélo, et de l’ajuster. Never have I had a nicer experience than in this store. Francois is the gentleman that looked after me. I am very metalious with my tire pressure...I know it sounds funny, but Francois had the tine and was very polite and he also helped me when buying a new seat. Walking in to the store, I was amazed with how the store was so tidy and very clean. I greatly recommend this bike store with 5 stars. The only critique, when bringing in your bike, the door is very hard to open and trying to get in with one's bike, is hard to maneuver. Other than that, this store is pretty awesome... Thank you Francois for being the Tire guy...
