I had the pleasure of working with Caroline's team recently for an October wedding and would highly recommend her. She is very well organized and exceptionally skilled. My make up has never looked as good as it did after she did it for my wedding and I am actually returning to her studio for make up lessons so I can learn her special tips and tricks. The services I used were: eyelash lift, eyebrow design, manicure, pedicure, spray tan, and hair and make up application for several friends and attendees of the wedding. Almost three weeks later, my nails still look amazing and haven't chipped at all, and the lash lift looks as good as the day I did it. I rarely get my nails done because my manicures always chip, but her manicurist is so skilled that everything still looks great. THANK YOU CAROLINE! Tout le monde a été très satisfait des résultats autant en coiffure qu’en maquillage, moi la première! Elles ont su créer une belle ambiance grâce à leur expérience, leur sens de l’organisation et aussi leur humour (nous avons beaucoup rigolé en leur compagnie), sans aucun stress pendant la préparation malgré notre grand groupe! I had the pleasure of working with Caroline Théorêt Services for hair and makeup on my wedding day in 2023 and the experience was truly great. Caroline did my makeup, my sister’s, and my mother’s, while her talented team took care of my bridesmaids (a total of 5 people). Prior to the big day, I had a trial with Caroline at her studio, which helped us plan the perfect look. On the day itself, the results were nothing short of stunning; we all looked picture-perfect! My bridesmaids were thrilled with both their makeup and hairstyles. The artists took the time to listen to their preferences and offered helpful suggestions to ensure their makeup and hair stayed flawless throughout a hot July day. What stood out the most was the level of personalized service. Caroline even came to our reception venue during cocktail hour to do touch-ups for all of us. She refreshed my look with a beautiful smokey eye for the evening, adding that extra glam while still keeping it natural and elegant. Caroline and her team were kind and a joy to work with. I highly recommend her services to any bride looking for a skilled, attentive, and personable beauty team!

I cannot recommend Caroline and her studio enough. Initially, I contacted the studio for a hair trial for my wedding, while I had already booked another makeup artist elsewhere. During my trial with the incredibly talented hairstylist, Tania, I had the chance to see Caroline working her magic on another client’s makeup. After a conversation about her extensive experience working with a wide variety of skin types and ages, I decided to schedule a makeup trial with her as well. I am so grateful I did! Caroline uses top-quality products and takes the time to walk you through each step of the process, explaining her recommendations and why they work for you. Her professionalism and expertise are evident, and thanks to Caroline and Tania I felt absolutely beautiful on my special day. Thank you, Caroline, for making me feel confident and radiant! Unfortunately I will not use her services again or recommend her to anyone else. July 5 2025 I chose Caroline for my son's wedding. It was not my 1st time using her service for makeup. I had no issue with the previous experience which was in 2022, but keep in mind it was only her without any other service required. This time I also added hair service. The stylist, Naomi, was friendly, listened to what I wanted and the trial was perfect however I can't say the same for the wedding day. As others have mentioned in previous reviews, Caroline was not very professional. She was all stressed out because of the following appointment she had booked. She did change my appointment, to an earlier hour, stating the bride after me was nervous and was stressing her out. My hair was not finished when she arrived which did not sit well with her. She started bickering with the hair stylist in front of me. The whole issue was how they needed to make it to their next appointment ASAP without considering how it was making me feel. All this was happening while she was doing my makeup, my hair was still not finished and she made it very awkward for me. At the end, my hair was not at all how I wanted it but I don't blame the hair stylist since Caroline took over the minute she walked in, pushed my bangs to one side and was rushing through the whole process. Overall it was not a good way to start the morning especially since it was a very special day for me. I did not say anything at that moment because I did not want to make an issue or start something the morning of. NOTE: I sent an email to Caroline the Monday after the wedding honestly giving her my feedback but she chose to ignore it and not reply.

Une superbe expérience! La coiffeuse et la maquilleuse étaient pile à l'heure! Très gentilles, professionnelles et avenantes! Pour une fille de 45 ans j'étais rayonnante selon tous mes invités!!! Pour ma part je me sentais vraiment magnifique! Et que dire de la propriétaire Caroline! Elle fait d'excellent café, sait exactement ce qui convient pour le visage de chaque cliente, très consciencieuse!!! Salon très original par sa décoration spectaculaire! Je recommande fortement àtoutes les futures mariées!!!

Excellent service qui reflète les 20+ années d’expérience de Caroline (maquillage) et de Naomie (cheveux). Le travail avec cette équipe était magnifique, sans stress et de qualité exceptionnelle; pas de retard, pas de mauvaises surprises et surtout un sens d’humour incomparable. Naomie a également corrigé la couleur affreuse que les autres coiffeuses ont mis sur mes cheveux. Mon maquillage et mon brushing ont pu tenir toute la journée à des températures extrêmes. Un grand merci à vous deux.
