Une très bonne discipline. Des instructeurs bienveillants, à l écoute, encourageant. Vous allez régulièrement vous dépasser. Votre santé, votre morale et vos qualités humaines vont évoluer très rapidement. Vous vivrez un entraînement spartiate mais vous arriverez à le supporter grâce à un bon esprit de groupe. Un vrai coup de coeur!

After 4 years of being a student I must edit my review. I had to leave the school because I could not support its behaviors. Very cultish. I was paying 1000$ a year and not receiving the education from the curriculum. Asking to be taught more I was punished by withholding more lessons. When I asked to be taught simply because I'm a paying customer I was told that I was out of my mind to expect the curriculum simply because I had paid money. I was training extra hours and giving classes myself and I was constantly being given the cold shoulder. The main instructor purposely smashed in my nose with his knee during the gentle hand exercise, deviating my septum, and the school tried to convince me that it never happened and my emotions made up the memory. Gas lighting is a technique. Sexism and favoritism and egomaniacs are very much alive in this "traditional" kung fu school. Although I did learn how to fight, I had to figure most of it out myself. Definitely not worth 1000$ a year.

I would like to say that i am very lucky to become one of the students of this school. This is the place that you can not only practice kungfu but also comprehend the culture and philosophy from the East. A very great thing that this place is like my second family. People are very friendly and helpful here. I hope you have time to come across this school and many surprising things will be seen by you.

Exceptional instructors for students of all levels. Highly recommended if you're interested in exploring martial arts &/or self-defense, or if you're just looking to get in shape.

Excellente École, je dirais même que c'est la meilleure que l'ont peu trouver à Montréal. un enseignement véritable qui vient du Coeur. Mon Fils est un élève de l'École depuis maintenant +/- 2 ans, depuis longtemps dans le mode des Art Martiaux, je lui sens un épanouissement plus profond depuis qu'il à rejoint cette école basé sur un millénaire de développement et de connaissance. Mon Homme grandis, ses vertus et valeurs prennent une plus d'importance dans sa Vie qu'il en accorde à lui même. Une belle énergie l'accompagne où qu'il aille, une Vieille Âme qui à découvert un enseignement ancien qui fait la symbiose avec sa Voie. Je souhaite à toutes mères de voir leurs enfants s'épanouir de la même façon. Si Vous recherchez un enseignement plus profond, si Vous rechercher une santé plus durable et une Confiance inébranlable, l'École Shaolin Wing Shun Nam Ahn Kung Fu est l'École que je recommande. Peu importe Votre Âge, je sais que Vous serez Bienvenu.
