The swim classes for adults are a waste of time and money, the coach come with no plan for every course, and want to do the same thing every time until we say we did the same last week and the coach start thinking about another thing to do, and it still be not interesting. They should have a planing for every seance so that we progress and we learn new things. the course is only in 50min not 1h. I regret it

The swim classes for toddlers is not professional it’s a waste of money ! The water extremely cold and way too much chlorine before I registered I called many times and asked if the classes were designed to help kids swim they reassured me but the experience was the exact opposite

J'aime beaucoup le cours de yoga et de yogapilates ( les deux seuls que je suis ) 2 très bonnes profs, Julie Anne et Christiane . Les salles sont grandes et lumineuses et il y a toujours de l équipement disponible.

long time member. grateful for the staff. great people. i think you have good intentions as a gym - but it seems that care and atmosphere are not priorities.... there has to be some consideration for atmosphere. aside from orange, grey and red walls (super depressing combination) why such jarring bright blue/white lights in the saunas and in the gym? maybe place the deadlift weights stations somewhere other than above the yoga studio. the treadmills all face away from windows onto monitors blasting world news. that is depressing. i assure you everyone spending extensive time walking or running on those machines would rather look at the mountain view. also everyone has headphones, you don't need to blast music - there are plenty of loud noises from the basketball court (which is fine) but the noise combination is stressful. not to mention that you play pop music in the pool area. for swimmers - that's just excess noise while dipping your head in and out of water. maybe make your empty studios more available when there are no classes... better lighting.... better colours on the walls. maybe some hours for adults to avoid 10 year old kids monopolizing the weights. relocate the machines to reflect people's needs... i've written to the gym but it seems your responses like the online ones are just weird apologies.... having said all that - i emphasize my appreciation for the staff and the members - but exercising should be pleasant and does not have to be stressful. thank you.

cannot believe how limited equipment is and how often machines are out of order (8 working treadmills for the whole gym)

Long time member, but the quality went downhill. It's much busier than it used to be, with the equipment always in use, and with a younger often teenage crowd (only an issue because some don't respect gym etiquette, tho not all to be fair). I was planning to return in winter because I like my personal trainer there, but they've added a 30$ cancelation fee (which I assume was in the small print when they changed to the new contracts this year, feels like a cheap way to get people to stay in a contract they don't want) and they want me to pay for the past month when my credit card was canceled. This is the last straw. To make me pay for a service I wasn't using and wouldn't have been allowed to use if I tried feels beyond cheap for a loyal customer for years. To hell with that, I'd rather lose hundreds in personal training sessions which will get voided and get reported to a credit agency over 50ish dollars than pay something I don't think I should be paying. Cheap organization.
