Great experience with the Centre Neuropsy. Amazing support and services. Flexible, pleasant and competent. I had the opportunity to receive the expertise of Dr Bouras and Joanna and they did not disappoint. The whole team, including the receptionists, always made me feel welcomed and contributed to this fulfilling experience. Would definitely recommend.

Mon enfant souffrait de troubles d’anxiété et d’un TDAH, et grâce à leur approche humaine, professionnelle et personnalisée, il a pu faire des progrès remarquables. Leur équipe est à l’écoute, compétente et dévouée. Le suivi régulier, les outils proposés et leur soutien constant ont fait toute la différence. After 11 years of trying to properly diagnose and pinpoint the root of my son's mental health issues, Dr. Bouras finally found the answer. Very insightful and professional. It wasn't what I expected to hear, but it is all in the best interest of the child, and that's all that counts. I'm already seeing an improvement in my son's behavior and stress levels. THANK YOU!

I have been going to see Dr Bouras for over 6 years for my son and daughter both with learning disabilities. He has changed our lives. He is knowledgeable, empathetic, answers all my questions etc. I would never go anywhere else

Worst ''doctor'' I've ever met in my whole life. So arrogant, so full of himself, talks to you from above, after his staff testing my child for 1 hour and a half, he takes me aside to intimidating me, with him pressuring me to ‘guess’ what diagnosis he had in mind. He came across as patronizing, scaring me and challenging me as if I didn’t know my own child. I felt dismissed and invalidated, as he insisted the child I described was not the one he observed, as though he knew my child better than me. I highly DON'T RECOMMEND HIM. The Ordre des psychologues du Québec should revaluate his competences because to me, they are 0. We didn't finalize the evaluation with him and went with another actual competent neuropsychologist. Don't be fooled by his positive reviews, they are clearly made by him, and lots of reviews on Rate my MD claim that he told his clients he will give them a discount if they post a positive review.

I was a patient of Dr. Bouras and I’ve never been treated with so much coldness, judgment, and lack of empathy by a healthcare professional in my life. From the moment I stepped into the room, he made me feel uncomfortable, small, and dismissed. He didn’t take the time to listen to me or understand what I was going through. Instead, he spoke down to me, interrupted me constantly, and made condescending remarks that left me feeling worse than when I arrived. As someone who was already struggling emotionally, I expected at the very least to be treated with basic human decency. But Dr. Bouras was the opposite of compassionate — he seemed irritated to even have to talk to me. I left that appointment shaken, humiliated, and completely invalidated. No one seeking help should be made to feel this way — especially not by a mental health professional. I truly hope others are spared this kind of experience. If you’re looking for someone kind, understanding, or emotionally safe — stay far away.
