We have been to Excel moto on a couple of occasions now and each time we were greeted and aided by super knowledgeable and friendly staff. The dealership boasts a number of brands, has a very capable service department, compeditive pricing and plenty of stock on the floor. We have really enjoyed the atmosphere and interactions to date a definitely consider our time there to be amongst the best experiences that we have had. They are worthy of our business and we intend to go back.

My experience at Excel Moto Montreal was somewhat contradictory. On one hand, the service from several employees was excellent, demonstrating a high level of professionalism. However, the administration left much to be desired, particularly regarding transparency and document management. I purchased a motorcycle in cash, following the price they provided. After completing the payment, I was informed of a price change, which led to a misunderstanding and resulted in me paying more than initially agreed. After having the motorcycle for over a year, I was contacted about additional taxes, despite being assured during delivery that there were no outstanding balances. When I attempted to buy another motorcycle, I was told I did not qualify for financing, which turned out to be false, as no credit check was ever conducted. Later, I received approval at a different dealership, confirming that I was eligible. This led me to recommend others to seek alternatives, such as the Yamaha dealership, where I received fairer treatment. It is crucial for the administration at Excel Moto Montreal to recognize these issues and improve customer service without discriminating against anyone based on nationality or descent. I appreciate the professionalism of many of their employees, but I hope for significant changes in document management and communication with customers.

Purchased my Vespa Primavera from Excel Honda Moto the Sale manager Kim . Despite being busy at times, Kim has always been the consummate professional: patient, knowledgeable, honest & provides excellent, attuned customer service. No high-pressure sales tactic...Excel Honda Moto (aka Kim)is in the business because he believes in his quality, iconic product and in providing exemplary service. He also cares. My vespa purchase experience has provided me of trouble-freepure joy. Smooth as butter and fun beyond words. Also the business Dominique and Sale manager Kim make the perfect team work to provide an extraordinary service beyond expectations! I recommend anyone to ask for Kim she an amazing person always there to give a solution ❤️

2025-04-25 I purchased a brand new Kawasaki from Excel Moto. The same day I took delivery of the bike, the salesman (Ismael), didn't give me a proper walk around of the bike and did not show me any features whatsoever. When I arrived home, I did a proper walk around of my new bike, and noticed a permanent mark on the seat, and the windshield was excessively scratched. The following week I sent pictures to the salesman and was told to come back and he would rectify it. 2025-05-02 I brought the windshield back to the dealer, showed it the service manager (Sergio), who acknowledged the extent of the scratches on the windshield, and the mark on the seat (via picture). I was told he would contact Kawasaki and try to warranty the windshield. 2025-05-09 I was sent an email by my salesman, not for my windshield or seat, but asking If I was still interested in purchasing a bike....I sent a reply and asked if they can update me on where they stand on replacing the defective parts. I was told simply "ok" via text. I bought almost almost 400$ of accessories from them for this bike. Most of my gear was purchased from here. I bought all my parts for my previous bike from here. Everything is now online, and the price difference is rather large for certain items. Yet I choose to come here to support a local business. For a new bike experience, something that's supposed to be fun, this has been rather frustrating.

I’m reaching out to express my disappointment with a recent purchase and the guidance I received at your shop. I was sold a Honda-branded cleaner after being assured it was safe for my motorcycle. I specifically asked about its compatibility with my bike, which has stock original blue DRZ rims. Unfortunately, after using the product as directed, the color has become dull and spotted, with clear signs of damage. As someone who is still gaining experience in bike care, I rely on trusted professionals at shops like yours for accurate recommendations. It’s frustrating and disheartening when the advice given leads to permanent cosmetic damage. I expected to be guided in the right direction — not misled into using a product that isn’t suitable for my motorcycle. Part2- Following my initial disappointment with a cleaning product recommended by Excel Moto that caused damage (spots and discoloration) to my OEM rims, I reached out as instructed in their reply. I called the store, was told to speak with the general manager, and left my contact details — but no one ever called me back. This lack of follow-up is unacceptable, especially after being sold a product that damaged my bike. I expected at least a courtesy call to address the issue. Very disappointed with the customer service.

I had a couple of repairs done there. The waiting time for the parts was as they had indicated. They initially forgot to order a few additional parts that needed replacement along with the part I ordered, but they got them quickly within a few days. There was a minor billing error regarding the hours, but when I reviewed it with them, they corrected it immediately. No one is perfect, but they did their job well and professionally addressed what had been missed. I highly recommend them — fast and efficient service.
