Centre municipal multifonctions. État et propreté des lieux à améliorer.
We love this community complexe! It’s a beautifully maintained and well operated building with many activities for youth and adults alike that go all year round. The reception is always lovely to deal with and there’s a strong sense of community here that keeps us coming back. Thank you to the hard working staff for caring about us!
My sister and I went with the intention of buying a membership to the pool. The reception was closed when we arrived (8am) and they told us it open at 8:30, but the lap swim ended at 9 so i politely asked if we could pay after our swim. The lifeguards reluctantly accepted which was nice. But when we got to the receptionist to pay after, she was so beyond condescending and rude to us. To the point where my sister cried because she was so uncomfortable. I just had a few questions about their facilities (gym & pool) and her answers were so rude, as if it was such a bother that we had questions. And if I asked a follow up question or to clarify something she’d rudely say "as I already explained ….". I was SO shocked that a grown woman would speak to two young girls like that, that I told her she was being rude and that we’d like to just pay for the day pass and not come back. Instead of apologizing, she said "why don’t you tell me HOW I’m being rude?" There’s no use explaining so I said no thank you I’d just like to pay, and she insisted- "Nono tell me how I’m being rude" I didn’t bother. Paid and left. Not even a small sorry came out of her mouth. Her name is Shusha. I could go in to detail on her behaviour and explain every instance where she was rude, but I’ll leave it at that. Extremely disappointing. I sincerely hope she doesn’t speak to other people the way she spoke to us.
*1st visit review* -Nice helping staff -No queue required, due to token system -Take address proof and photo id, if you going for membership card, Once verification is done Card will be given on the go. - Do check it before leaving desk for all printed info is proper -Staff explain all facilities -Cafeteria available for snacks and coffee, cold drinks - Games - Swimming (2 pools), football (3 big indoor ground) , badminton, ping pong, foosball table - Enjoyed watching live swimming competition and people playing football (yet to explore fully)
Great place, very new and clean. Have been there for table tennis, badminton and basketball. The experience was great. The only thing is the price is quite high, considering it is for local residence. $8 for 1 hour badminton, at least it is a cost for myself.
