We had an awesome experience here. Searching for my son's first bike, there are numerous brands under one roof to help make wide ranging comparisons. The staff greeted us warmly but left us to do our thing until we had questions. The size of the the used vehicle section was simply mind blowing. Sport bikes, customs, cruisers, sport touring, motocross, touring, side by sides, ATVs, Slingshots... you name it, the have it new and used. The assortment of gear and accessories was just as impressive. We have toured many dealerships but it is easy to see that this is the dealership for us. Plenty of parking out front and easy to get to, with extremely competitive pricing and rates, it is a "one stop shop", for sure.

Je vais définitivement passer les prochaines années à vous vanter lorsque je vais me faire complimenter sur ma moto!

Grand concessionnaires plusieurs marques et choix beaucoup de véhicules en inventaire et boutique de vêtements et accessoires bon service achetés jet ski le matin et récupéré l'après-midi après avoir fait plusieurs magasins il avait le meilleur prix.

Je ne recommande pas Vérifier bien vos papiers 2 fois avant de signer. Je me suis fait ajouter à mon insu des assurance invalidité, assurance vie et assurance maladie. À prix de 3700$. Une assurance de 44% de la valeur du véhicule ! Service que je n'ai JAMAIS demander et les papiers se sont retrouver parmis les papiers à signé. Papier qu'il ne mon pas été expliquer. Que j'ai malheureusement signé. Belle gang de crosseur. Je ne recommanderai plus cette place au gens de mon entourage et je vais en parler.

J’ai eu la chance de gagner un traitement nano céramique pour ma moto a un événement organiser par moto illimité et Fortnine . Le travail qui a été fait est impeccable je dirai jamais assez merci pour la chance que j’ai reçu et pour ceux qui hésite allez y au centre d’esthétique vous ne regretterai pas !

If I could give less than one star, I would. I found a motorcycle on this dealership’s website that seemed like an incredible deal, equipped with a piggyback ECU, FMF exhaust, and 17" supermoto rims, all at a fair price. It almost felt too good to be true. I contacted the dealership immediately and informed them that I was a serious buyer. Living in Toronto, I emphasized that it would be a 6-plus hour drive one way, and I needed assurance that the bike would be properly inspected and ready to ride. I made it clear that if everything checked out in person, I would purchase the bike on the spot. The salesperson assured me the bike would receive a full inspection and that any parts showing excessive wear or damage would be replaced. I was promised fresh oil, clean fuel, and a thorough exam before pickup. When I arrived in early July, I was told the inspection was being done at that very moment. They showed me a freshly cleaned air filter as proof that maintenance was underway. I was given a quick 10 second test ride in the parking lot. At a glance, the bike looked clean and seemed fine, so I trusted their word, paid in full, and drove it home. Once back in Toronto, I brought it to my local mechanic. That’s when the real issues surfaced. The oil had not been changed, it was pitch black, full of metal shavings, and the oil filter was completely contaminated. Although the air filter was cleaned, the airbox had a thick layer of caked mud. Most concerning of all, the chain was missing a master link. Any competent mechanic would have caught this immediately. It was not road safe. After getting it back from the mechanic, I washed the bike and attempted to start it, only for thick electrical smoke to pour out from the headlight assembly. I quickly removed the seat and disconnected the battery to prevent what could have easily become a house fire or serious injury. I reached out to the dealership and explained everything. I asked for a reasonable resolution: reimbursement or shipment of a new chain, front rotor, and oil filters. After escalating the issue to a manager, I was offered no assistance, only an ultimatum to return the bike for a refund. Despite days of back and forth and having to take time off work, I drove another 12 hours round trip to return the bike. They issued a basic refund, without acknowledging the dangerous condition the bike was sold in, nor providing compensation for time, fuel, or the risk they exposed me to. This dealership demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and honesty. They sold me an unsafe bike, misrepresented its condition, and refused to take responsibility. Do not trust their sales staff or mechanics. If you're considering purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership, take your business elsewhere. One photo is of no master link, the second photo is a leftover of shavings found in the oil after pouring it out. Most chunks were in the oil filter and screens. UPDATE AUG 2025: These people are trying to resell the bike now after 1 month of having it off the site. I can guarantee they did not fix any of the electrical issues and or fixed the parts that needed to be replaced. Do not buy the bike!!!! I posted a picture below.

J'ai fait l'achat en juin dernier chez Moto Illimitées d'un Suzuki Katana 2020 que j'adore . Le processus d'achat a été facile et agréable. Le prix d'achat était raisonnable. J'ai eu un léger problème avec ma moto par la suite et la pièce nécessaire n'était pas disponible (BO). Ils ont réglé le problème dès qu'ils ont reçu la pièce, le tout sans frais. Ma moto est maintenant parfaite. Je n'hésiterais pas a racheter une moto chez eux.
