Outstanding customer service. My newly shipped trumpet needed valve work. Oh, well. That's on the manufacturer. But Pascal & Xavier sorted it right out. They paid for return shipping, made it simple, and quickly sent me back my trumpet with perfect valve action. 10/10 would recommend.

Superb tech staff for woodwind repair. I bring my clarinets for adjustment when I'm in Montréal, they listen to my issues and provide prompt service (call or email them in advance to make an appointment.) The shop is a mecca for wind and brass players, with lots of instruments and accessories on hand. A friendly little gem in a world of anonymous big-box stores.

My favorite sax shop in the world !!! I've always always had an amazing experience with Twigg. I was looking for a very specific limited edition saxophone, and the team went above and beyond to track it down for me. Their dedication, knowledge, and attention to detail were seriously impressive. Throughout the process, they kept me informed and made sure everything was perfect. Very disappointing service. 1st time this happens. As we entered the store at 10 AM Saturday morning, we were explained by the sales person that they had no more lower cost saxophones available for 1st year music students. He tried to pitch a $1600, pre-owned saxophone. The service was terrible and when I advised that I called the previous evening and I was told they had plenty of options available, he answered that he was not the one who spoke to me. I went online and found that they had two saxophones available in Montreal at $745 but they did not make the effort to offer them. Funny fact, this morning there is still one saxopgone available at the same cost and plenty of other cheaper options which they did not bother to offer in store. I had to appeal to his colleague to finally get a good service and leave the store with two instruments to my satisfaction. A good suggestion is to verify their store online as well in case "they might not be aware" of their stock and they would try to offer their pre-owned, more expensive instruments.

I recently purchased a Rico ligature from Twigg Musique's online store. Unfortunately, when I received the ligature, it was the wrong size (due to logistical error). Twigg Musique immediately resolved the problem and sent a replacement ligature with a return label. I was amazed at how quickly everything was made right. Thank you Twigg Musique, five stars for your fantastic customer service!
